Ordered food that took 45 minutes to be ready. Then I get my food and it’s the wrong order. Then no one is being a host at the front so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my original order. Who is running this place?

Wings were tiny (not plump), shriveled, and with some the bite consistency of leather. The staff was friendly and attentive, so guessing this is the standard quality otherwise the server would have weeded out our orders. Sauces and rubs were excellent.

Warning! Stay away from this place!, I went to this horrible Buffalo Wild Wings location, I sat down to eat in, and waited half hour for a server to take my order, mind you, about 10 servers passed my booth and saw I was waiting, and not even one server bothered to take my order, they completely ignored me. I was so upset and disappointed with the horrible service that I got up and asked to speak to the manager, I spoke to Matt (the manager) and informed him of the bad experience I endured, and then I left, I refuse to patronize a business that ignores customers. i wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break for nothing, I will never go to this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Nanuet, NY.

Worst bww I have ever been to. The bar tender was the worst I sat there for 20 mins before I had to finally wave him over to get a drink. They didn’t have any Guinness and needed to change the keg took another 25 minutes. This place is a joke the bar tender is a joke and the manager is a joke . Don’t waste ur money. I will be staying away from bww

The service here is impeccable - I came to Buffalo Wild Wings in Nanuet after work for a beer, and El got it to me right away even though it was packed with a concert going on outside. I’ll definitely be back. The staff here is great 👍

I went to this location at most three times. All three times I enjoyed it. Keep in mind I went twice when they had the AYCE wings. Once with my dad and me. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The second time having the AYCE wings, I went with my family; this time was remarkable. The waiter made sure the seating was close to the bathroom while not too far at the same time since two family members are handicapped. It was an unexpected and friendly gesture of the waiter. This waiter has a name, which was easy to remember; it was Jay. Jay was beyond patient, attentive, friendly, kind, made sure everything was fresh, and would check in on us if we wanted to do another round of the AYCE wings. He even was quick to take the plates away, making sure the table remained clean. If he wasn't too busy, we also would engage in friendly conversation. He truly made the experience really awesome. The last time I came here was with my dad. We tried the AYCE/endless appetizers. The waitress was nice, and the food came out fast since it was during non-busy hours. Overall, this location was worthwhile the three times I went. I really am not a BWW kind of person. Although, it was fun to enjoy and try the special promotions while having excellent service all three times.

Family of 4 had lunch here. There was only one server that day but she was so amazing 👏. She even made my drink (watermelon marg) which I must add was EXCELLENT. Over all great experience 👍

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nathalie. She was super attentive and even gave me a refill before I thought about asking. The wings and mozzarella sticks were so good, and I’ll definitely go again, just as long as Nathalie is my server.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings visit was just bad from start to finish. The service was unbelievably slow — it took 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and that was after we had already been seated and waiting.
My friends got their food way before I did, and by the time mine came out, they were already finished eating. No explanation, no heads-up, nothing. It completely killed the vibe of the meal.
The wings were okay, but definitely not worth the wait or frustration. If you’re going out for a quick bite or hoping for a smooth group meal, this place just isn’t it.

Went in Wednesday night. Place not that busy but total mess dirty resturant and tables. Waited at the bar 10 minutes bartender walked by me 6 times. Asked a waitress if I could sit at her table? She said go to the front see hostess? No hostess at stand? I saw manager by bar area. Seemed to be on phone not sure for what. I finally left. I tried a few times . I think Im done. Eventhough wings are great. Staff not good.
