Terrible experience, wasted hours of my life on this dump hole. Genuinely 3 hours waiting for cold wings that looked like they were marinated in acid. Would not recommend at all.

I have been here for 25 minutes and you have workers standing around watching TV! Absolutely disgusting! No one asked me I have ordered or anything! & seeing that Majority of the workers are BLACK like myself make it more shameful. Never coming here again worse customer service EVER!

I gave this place many tries to get it together. First it was horrible food either over cooked burnt or under cooked raw chicken. Then it took 45 minutes to be served and now the bathrooms are disgusting have no toilet paper and trash all over. I think they need new management

The food is great but the service is kind of slow. It is a good place to go but not is there is any sort is major sporting event on TV. Service slows down to a crawl when there are a lot of people in the restaurant.

I don't write reviews but the manager of tonight deserves a special shout out. My order was supposed to be cauliflower instead of chicken wings and the gentleman corrected and handled the situation perfectly, I think his name was Matt.

Boneless wings were terrible. Did not look fresh and tasted not great. First time at this location.
Sat at the bar. We received the food but it was cold we had to ask for utensils. When we got utensils we were given plastic ones. Asked for a side order celery and carrots, we received them drenched in water. All of the food was cold. I asked for a beer, it never came. Lack of attention to detail.

A lot of waiting around. Wait staff didn't really notice that we were waiting most of the evening, first for our food, then for the check. Food was excellent, though!

It's a B dubs. The food is good, but the service needs attention. Staff are slow to seat people as well as have food ready for pickup at the requested time. I ordered food 2 hours early for a prompt pickup at 4. I had to wait for my food almost 15 minutes, which usually isn't a big deal, but I would like to think that if I order the food that early for a pickup at a specified time, that they'd have it ready for pickup, right? They had to make everything while I waited at the front. While I waited I noticed a handful of people walk in to be seated. Not a single staff member was anywhere near the front of the restaurant to seat anyone, nor notice there was anyone to there to be seated. My guess is they are understaffed. Hopefully it changes soon.
