Charleys Cheesesteaks

The worst experience nothing compared to co-op city in the bronx. I ordered 3 combo meals they gave no fries. That's what customers that spend over $1000 in this mall have to go through. Unprofessional!!

You'll really weighed & removed 3 fries from a customers cup..?? That's Crazy..

Frozen sheet of meat . Absolutely no flavor. They could’ve at least put salt and pepper on the steaks. Today was my first and last time going . False advertisement by saying “#1 cheesesteaks “

took nearly a half hour to receive my order because pointed out to the woman behind the counter that she was preparing it incorrectly. she forgot to include cheese and when i mentioned it to her, she said she was going to charge me for it. the original order comes with cheese. i expressed this to her and she continued to argue before eventually including it and not charging me extra. if this situation was not infuriating enough, the other items in my order got cold during this confrontation. food is okay but never worth a thirty minute wait, an argumentative employee, nor is it good enough to be eaten cold. unfortunately, i experienced all of these things on a sunday evening when all i wanted was to get dinner for my family. i hate leaving 1-star reviews but this was so enraging and bizarre that i felt compelled to write one. i recommend picking somewhere else to get food from.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would the food and service were great the portion as well.
Don't worry about the line they are fast. Also, on the side of the order table, there are 2 touch screens for self order
The bread of the sandwiches was fresh, and the cheese steak was very delicious. 10/10
The place is located in the food court next to Little Tokyo.
I want to mention the nice staff.they are very fast.

Parking: The mall parking lot gate B. Or anywhere park and come to the foodcourt

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the mall is designed for wheelchair accebility. Also, elevators are everywhere in the mall

I think people don't see the self checkout on the side. There's always a line but noone at the self serve kios.

You get a one star for this location because your employee refused to refill my drink. I offered to pay and she wanted to charge me the price of another drink. Soda costs these places pennies, and they turn a huge profit charging $3 a cup. There’s no reason not to refill a soda when it’s something you can do yourself at most places for free. I’m not being cheap. This is just bad service and a stupid move, Charley’s has gone downhill ever since they stopped offering malt vinegar with the fries. Bad customer service. You deserve a 1.

Terrible service, I'm at the checkout waiting for 10 minutes and when I ask for the cashier they say that right now they can't serve because they have a large order from Uber, what does it matter to me? Uber is supposed to have me if I'm in the physical store. What to attend to, but I will never go to this location, my daughter crying because I couldn't buy her sandwich ??????????

First time having Charley's; the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak was incredibly good. Try some other stuff at Charley's real soon.

When they have the amount of customers they do during the day, it should be customary to include ketchup packets. Stop hiring people that are so slow with everything they can do and barely speak English that you gotta wait 10-20 minutes to get there attention

I have had the cheese steak at Charley’s many times. It has always been a great option. They cook the fries to order and you will have hot fries.
