The food was ok, it wasn’t the best… I ask for my steak “well done” half of the meat was medium rare, my mother burger was still “red” the inside the burger.. like the service wasn’t the best… I wouldn’t recommend going back. For the price or the food wasn’t worth it.

The only reason I don’t rate the food higher is because it’s not the place to go if your on a diet it has a lot of grease and oil but the taste and texture 100% makes up for it. Our server was so kind and patient with us even when we took a while to order . The atmosphere was amazing. The dim lights and the view of the entire mall added so much to the atmosphere quality and the music was amazing. It was subtle but noticeable overall. I would 100%. Recommend to someone who is just trying to have a nice dinner with family or friends.

I went here today and the server was nice but we were seated near where they were taking food out of the kitchen and the workers were usually loud and not acting like professionals. the women’s bathroom was horrendously dirty with urine all over the floor, unflushed toilets, and look liked someone hadn’t cleaned it in years. there was a strange sewage smell in the restaurant as well. the food was not the best. I hope they do a deep clean of the restaurant and change some practices.

James our server was extremely helpful and polite he made sure we was attended and comfortable I had concerns about being cold and he moved our table I will definitely be returning to Chili’s

Food was amazing and portions were great for the price paid! The service was just as excellent too, our server was James and he was quick and fast with handling our food and making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again!

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s in the Palisades Mall thanks to our server, James! He was incredibly attentive, respectful, and polite the entire time. He made sure we were well taken care of and checked in on us without being overbearing. Great job to Chili’s for hiring someone like him—restaurants need more people like James! Truly top-tier service.

I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Lexi. She was so lovely to interact with and very professional. She definitely made me feel so good as a customer, and I wanted staff at the Chili’s palisades mall location to know this.

Don't usually write reviews but Chili's has been my #1 fav. Kid friendly, large party friendly (come on days with less traffic), great food, the best waiters. You can bring a cake to celebrate with. Couldn't ask for more. I definitely recommend the Triple Dipper, specifically the Nashville hot Mozz, Honey chipotle crispers, and the sliders. No wait time, but sometimes there's around a ten minute wait on holidays. Not very common though.

Amazing food and service! I got the old timer cheeseburger and it was delicious! The fries were amazing too! Also, the cookie dessert was so good! 😁😋🤤 James was our server and he was great! Highly recommend this place to others!

Disappointed customer! We always eat at Yard House who is right across from Chilis. It was my Birthday yesterday and we decided to give Chili’s a chance. Unfortunately, my Family and I did not have a memorable family dinner. Our food arrived cold and was taken to the back to redo order. Greatly disappointed when my food came back cold once again. Don't know how people are giving the best reviews. We will stick to Yard house who provides their customers with fresh warm comfort food

As it was my first experience eating here the Area was very neat and clean. The food was cold as if it were laid out for a long time. Spoke to many waiters instead of our own waiter. Better off with Yard House, never was done dirty by them!!😂😂
