Angela the bartender did a terrible job providing customer service . She did not make me or my family feel welcome from the jump, as a matter of fact she made us feel like this establishment hires people who are racist to hispanics. She never checked back with us and had a bad attitude the entire time. There was a white family next to us and she constantly checked in on them . Made sure they were having a good experience and that their drinks were filled. I will tell everyone to avoid this chilis. We did not even get her name until the end of the night because she knew we had to submit a survey of our experience.

i walked to get a takeout order that I had previously ordered talking to one of the employees and letting him know that I wanted barbecue boneless chicken wings, and three dipping sauces of ranch for my triple dipper. I received the message letting me know my order was ready and that I could come pick it up. I grabbed my order and when I opened it up, I realize that it was the wrong thing, they had given me buffalo instead of barbecue and two ranches. I went back let them know that they had made a mistake and asked them to change it for me, which they were more than happy to take to the kitchen and change it for me. When I went to later go eat it I realized that instead of giving me a new batch of chicken done the right way they had just re-coated it in barbecue because it still tasted like buffalo all the way theough. im so disappointed because i was really looking forward to it. agter that experience and the poor service i wouod not go back.

We go to Chili’s all the time, but this one specific time today the service were just so nice and went out out of their way to make us Happy. I especially like to give a shout out to Natalie, Ben and Danielle.

Who ever made the sirloin steak tonight ! Amazing ! Also my boyfriend liked his ribs . Even without bbq sauce . But the straw patron marg had both of us nice

Our food arrived an hour late with some dishes still missing. Our server mistook our order and had to come back and confirm 3 times only for the food to still come out wrong. She spent the rest of the night on her phone in a corner, didn't come to collect our cups or even give us napkins or utensils. The service was baffling and the food was barely ok depending on the dish. It was our first time at chilis but we wont be coming back

We enjoyed our dinner at Chili’s. There were a lot of people so my initial thought was I would have to wait a long time. That was not true at all. We were sat immediately. The server was there right away to help take our order. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was out in no time and was very fresh and hot. The restaurant also was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The food was ok, it wasn’t the best… I ask for my steak “well done” half of the meat was medium rare, my mother burger was still “red” the inside the burger.. like the service wasn’t the best… I wouldn’t recommend going back. For the price or the food wasn’t worth it.

The only reason I don’t rate the food higher is because it’s not the place to go if your on a diet it has a lot of grease and oil but the taste and texture 100% makes up for it. Our server was so kind and patient with us even when we took a while to order . The atmosphere was amazing. The dim lights and the view of the entire mall added so much to the atmosphere quality and the music was amazing. It was subtle but noticeable overall. I would 100%. Recommend to someone who is just trying to have a nice dinner with family or friends.
