I had dinner here last night for my sister's birthday, absolutely fantastic service from Andrew! ( Cool orange tinted glasses ) He was attentive, patient, and kind throughout our entire dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Andrew made sure we had everything we needed, checking in on us regularly to refill drinks and clear plates. This was by far the best service i've ever gotten at Chillis. I don't come there very often , but I will be requesting Andrew as our server next time I go. Someone get this man a raise!

Slow service.

Great place for apps and drinks. Me and my coworkers came here after work and throughly enjoyed ourselves!! And Chase our server was an absolute legend!!!! Talk about service with a smile!! Would go again just to see him!

Overall it was just a disappointing experience. For example, the waiter forgot to give us napkins, which is a small thing but seems pretty basic for when youre eating out.
The food was also just poor quality. I got the triple dripper and both of the sauces were really bad and my mozzarella stick was on the cold side so no cool cheese pull.

Food was ok, but our server James was the best! Very patient with the kids, very friendly. Thank you!

Damani was nothing short of a wonderful service. He was attentive, provided great recommendations , and made sure we were more than satisfied with our order. That kind of service alone makes us want to come back and enjoy a night out! Thanks Damani!

My Brother chose this place for our Birthday because I had never tried it before. My food was cold and it was too crowded. I know it was in a mall, but it was hard to hear people talking or the orders coming out. Also, some of the waiters had an attitude, even after we apologized. I doubt I'll ever try Chili's again. The only good thing was the Reese's cake. It was small and cost $15. All the food was small portions and a little expensive. For a chain restaurant, I don't see the hype about it really. 🤷‍♀️

Cold food!!! I waited for my take out because they said it wasn't ready and I still got cold food. No one wants cold mozzarella!!!!
