This is by far my favorite Chipotle location in Rockland/Westchester County! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently well prepared. Special shoutout to Tommy, who was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. His friendly attitude and great customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

online order # MJ2-1AF imagine ordering Mexican food and they don’t even bother to put the tortillas in the order. In addition this order arrived ice cold, and it was not the delivery person‘s fault delivery person picked up the order in time delivered in time this food was old and cold and missing tortillas. In addition the plastic container with the salad dressing was filled a quarter of the way you can’t contact chipotle because they only have contacting the prepper and after you tell them what’s missing in the order they don’t care they don’t contact you. They don’t try to replace it. this was the worst food order in history. people just don’t care anymore.

bogus response from the company below you see this is what companies do here on Google reviews they have the contact information for the reviewer and they do not reach out in my case I put the order number, they know EXACTLY who ordered They always say hey reach out blah blah blah we’ll make it right hey, I did reach out however the only way you can contact is via the prepper. I did that and I told them what the issue was. There was zero response and they thanked me for my input, trying to rectify an issue with your company is impossible you have my order number you can track down my contact information . customer service needs improvement.

next step is the credit card company to challenge the charge and inability to contact the company for resolution.

place was clean, workers were attentive.

only thing was the drinks machine, most of it was out of order but we were able to switch it out for a bottled lemonade after asking nicely.

Arrived 40 mins before closing and waited in line for 10 mins to be told that they are out of proteins (chicken/steak) and turn off their grill early so there’s no more? It’s like they’re competing to be worst Chipotle in the state.

I wish the general manager of this place would step up take responsibility and fix the problems at this location. Bugs seen....dirty tables... food being swept off the counter by the employees and being put back in the sternos. The employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers respectfully. There's no supervisor. On January 24th 2025 at 8:30 p.m. I asked for a manager or a supervisor and three young kids working thought it was hilarious that I was asking for a manager... I guess I'm a real Karen! Lol but they were literally sweeping steak chunks off counters into their hands and putting it back in the sterno. Absolutely disgusting. I walked out. The windows the glass doors look like a disaster. I felt filthy walking into this place. Chipotle, do better!!!
