I went there at 7:30pm , online says it closed at 8pm, the woman behind the counter smiled and laughed when I asked if they were still open and told me they were closed turned off the lights, there was also a huge Cinnabon bag on top of the counter as well

Skip this place at all costs. Love Cinnabon from most places but what a waste of a drive. Hours state open at 10am. I got there at 10:16am as the worker was just removing her coat. No food out so I asked if they are no longer open at that location. She asks me what I want. I tell her a cinnamon bun. She says they don’t have that, come back later. I’ll come back, lady- never.

Very rude worker, light brown hair old white lady that didnt even greet me and stares at me like Im an alien when I come up to register. Yells at me "select an amount" in a loud mall not specifying what she was refering to just "select an amount, select an amount". Very bad service. Good food though, but can find good food and better service elsewhere

This is at the kiosk @ the Palisades Mall (3rd floor). I was just about to place an order for a cinnabon when I noticed that there was a bug walking carefree over the cinnabons on display. After telling the girl both in Spanish and English (3 times!) that there was a bug crawling over the cinnabons she looked at me acknowledging what I said, and her only response was "yeah...okay" then she promptly turned around and completely ignored me walking away!!!! I think that more disgusting than watching a bug walk all over the cinnabons was the dismissive, uninterested, and inappropriate stace that this girl took when I was pointing out what I saw. I won't be shopping there or eating any cinnabons anytime soon!!!??? Unfortunately the girl working there didn't have a name tag so I was able to take a picture of her hopefully someone knows who she is and teaches her both customer service and food safety! ?

I know the flavor is addictive, we all love cinnamon, but the bun is so laden with sugar, it's just sugar on bread. Not a healthy food product. I had a sugar rush.
My children and I visited this location on Monday, April 10. Seems as if the employee was preparing to close in 30 minutes and was not at aĺl cordial. My 10 year old daughter dropped her fork, went back and asked for another and the employee, asked why she needed another and threw it on the counter. Once we arrived to the car we discovered the 2 Cinnabon ourchased were half cooked and we could not eat them, money wasted! I would not recommend this location.
