I know the flavor is addictive, we all love cinnamon, but the bun is so laden with sugar, it's just sugar on bread. Not a healthy food product. I had a sugar rush.

My children and I visited this location on Monday, April 10. Seems as if the employee was preparing to close in 30 minutes and was not at aĺl cordial. My 10 year old daughter dropped her fork, went back and asked for another and the employee, asked why she needed another and threw it on the counter. Once we arrived to the car we discovered the 2 Cinnabon ourchased were half cooked and we could not eat them, money wasted! I would not recommend this location.

Love them !!!! The employees are very nice - my husband and I will continue to drive to you in NY from NJ. It gets us in the Palisades Mall to walk around. Thank you ?

workers here price gauge Charged me $6.25 for a Cinnabon. Do not go here!! The girl was on her phone the whole time while she was serving me. Terrible. Then acted like she was doing me a big favor

Went there twice. Told would have to wait fifteen minutes for a Cinnabon. Wasn't crowded either. Workers look like they would rather be any place on the planet then at work that day. Went downstairs to Cheesecake Factory for fast and smiling service
I went up 3 stairs and walk across the entire mall to go to Cinnabon. I'm on the line and this girl cuts me and takes the last Cinnabon. I was waiting on the line for 10 minutes. No problem I'll wait for them to make more. I ask them if they are making more. "No sorry". I'm like the hell. Why can't you make more. Whatever I'll just go downstairs back to my hangout spot and chill and wait a bit. 20 minutes later I come back up and there's 2 new workers. Probably on the shift. I ask if there's anymore and they say no. I said they are right there all you have to do is mix it. But they can't do that. It's right there but these lazy workers can't. Like what's the point of working here if you can't make Cinnabons. Now they are trying to make me buy 4 fricking cookies. Like I don't want 4 cookies I want a Cinnabon. Like why won't at Cinnabon if you can't make Cinnabons. Smh.
