One of the OG restaurants in the mall. It's been a very long time since I've been there and coming back didn't disappoint. Great for the family and a tradition starter.

OK, so we all know this is the place to go if you want to have a great time and you’re between the ages of 1-100!! That is not why I’m writing this review! This review is solely being written to the gentleman/game tech who assisted me yesterday!! I wish I had a clear enough head to remember your name!! I was there with my wife and four kids and had a game credit issue. you could not be more helpful! More kind!! Your disposition was happiness to be their!! Even when you had to stand there and wait for a game to free up It was no problem, When for context, obviously the place was slammed and I’m sure he had 1 million other things to do!! He ended up giving us credits on an air hockey table and I had to call him back bc 1 credit didn’t take, Again, all smiles, telling me no problem!! Could not have made me/us feel more comfortable!! I genuinely appreciate your help !! In fact, The experience was so pleasant I wanted to publicly thank you!! It is people like you , That are the reason why, My wife and children say “let’s go to pali Dave and Busters”

Wanted to help me make sure I was taken care of !!polite!!! All smiles and helpfulness!! Very warm!! Seemed to be overseeing the whole place from the back!! You’re running a good establishment, sir!! The place was empty on a Sunday and the tvs were not working but we went anyway. Big mistake. Our server Evelyn was lousy. We had 10 people and our service was so slow. Over 15 minutes wait for drinks, no checking back to see how things are going. Having to ask for extra plates and silverware and kid drinks in tall glasses with no tops on them and having to ask for plastic cups with tops. She was busy ignoring us and looking at her phone. Meanwhile the place was empty and we were the only ones there and she couldn’t care less. Asked for bill and could not see itemized receipt until print out and charged a gratuity that was NOT deserving that I could not changed. After looking at bill later overpriced on several items that should have been specials. Kids had fun with games but overall experience ruined by poor service.will never go back
