Genuinely Surprised!!

There’s some new games and I did have an issue with the UFC game but a game tech was nearby and addressed it immediately.

Food alone was great. Again, really surprised. I was expecting the worst. But wow, food was fresh and our server was friendly. Everything is clean.

Madison was absolutely amazing!!! She had amazing energy for it to be so late and close to closing, super accommodating and just a highlight of the night!!

Now the service at the bar? absolutely killed the experience. Mariah was super nonchalant and standoffish/rude… the manager? no better 🙄 family entertainment is not the place for that

Was at a birthday party that was thrown at Dave and Busters - the finger foods and whatnot was good and the service was courteous and attentive, games area was vibrant and clean - however, there was something off about the courtesy water and the ice cubes - it tasted like mildew and was really thrown off by it.

Not sure if the tap water of Nyack usually tastes like that, but definitely need some stronger filters or something.

This review is only for Bob, who works the human claw machine! What an amazing, kind hearted human being. He made the experience so much more fun, he helped the kids to be fearless and not scared! What a kind hearted human being. We need more people like him in the world! Thank you Bob!

So much potential, killer happy hour, cheap pool tables and decent looking menu but service is non existing, long waits for drinks... got cold brisket fries, sent them back and they brought new serving 20min later... cold again. Manager was friendly but did not have explanation why, besides mentioning one food runner for the entire place (space is huge). They need to get it together and place will have a lot of potential. Games were fun

Overall atmosphere was great! Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The time I went (2 PM Sunday) wasn't very crowded but when it is crowded there's still enough room for everyone!
