Im a Dunkin snob so my review may be bias (lol). Customer service at every Dunkin I've gone to has been amazing. They're efficient, polite and ensure your satisfied. Everyone should definitely run on Dunkin.

Service is terrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR A DRIVE THRU PICK UP!! Because when your order gets into your hands they do not want to accept their mistake. Placed a mobile order for 1/2 dozen, though there was an option for 1/2 dozen variety, I specifically selected the type of donuts I wants, I perfectly understand if what I ordered is not available, I should have been given the decision to decide if I want what is available or not, I was at the window when my order was being picked up but I was asked anything, maybe because I am black so I have no options and when I called I was told the donuts are from July 4th and that is all they have and I should accept it. No apologies were offered for the lack of Communication.

Place is horrible. Staff is not friendly whatsoever. They had an ugly attitude as soon as me and my friends walked in. Our drinks weren’t prepared well, so i had to go to another Dunkin because of how bad it genuinely tasted. Manager isn’t much friendlier either and will personally try to start problems just because you walked into “her” Dunkin. Horrible place and not welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend.

IMO, one of the better Dunkins in the area. Convenient drive-thru is a plus! Can't vouch for the coffee or donuts, but the Iced Tea consistently tastes great!

The service was friendly and my order was correct, but the drive-thru could definitely be quicker. It took longer than expected, especially during a less busy time. Hopefully, the speed improves because everything else was great!
The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. By the time I walked out, the long line was gone! Awesome work Dunkin team 😁

Placed an order on the mobile app through the drive-through. Something must’ve went wrong and it did not go through. They would not let me replace my order at the drive-through window and pay there. They made me sit outside the front of the store for 20 minutes while they attempted to figure out what was wrong. They did not figure out what was wrong and tried to give me somebody else’s order I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
