Placed an order on the mobile app through the drive-through. Something must’ve went wrong and it did not go through. They would not let me replace my order at the drive-through window and pay there. They made me sit outside the front of the store for 20 minutes while they attempted to figure out what was wrong. They did not figure out what was wrong and tried to give me somebody else’s order I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

I actually grabbed a soda here. Bathrooms were really clean. Good place for a quick pit stop on a road trip or long trip.

Stopped here off the highway on my way to NJ. Walked in for an iced latte and a bagel. Drive thru line was to the street so I walked in. Coffee was good and bagel was alright. I don’t think they are known for their bagels it was alright tasted like a frozen lenders bagel, nothing special. Employees were fast

I worked here from ages 17-19. I was definitely too good of an employee for a place with such irregulated cleaning procedures that constantly had me in disgust and aggressively irresponible management that tormented you unnecessarily but hey - a student needed money. The only pleasurable thing about your experience might be a nice worker :) Eat at your own risk!

This Dunkin’ Donuts has really gone downhill more recently. They’re only as busy as they are because they are open 24hrs and have a drive-thru in a convenient location. Many employees need to be re-trained on how to make drinks correctly and to company recipe, because more times than not- what you order is missing something it’s supposed to have, like drizzle etc, it wasn’t made correctly, or it’s gross. Or maybe you take a sip and get some little specks of spoiled milk in a cold brew you ordered knowing it’s pretty hard to mess up pouring some over a cup of ice, but alas- another drink that went down the drain. I don’t recall this location ever being even close to this consistently disappointing as it has been this summer.

I've been ordering matcha lattes from Dunkin Donuts for years but will never again go to this location. What I got was a cup full of milk with a slight green tint. The last photo is what they're supposed to look like...and did when I ordered them in the past. If this is the store owner's cost savings scheme I'm not willing to fund it. To my knowledge employees are given strict measurements to use when preparing things so in no way do I blame them. I just expect to receive what I paid for.
