Im a Dunkin snob so my review may be bias (lol). Customer service at every Dunkin I've gone to has been amazing. They're efficient, polite and ensure your satisfied. Everyone should definitely run on Dunkin.
The service was friendly and my order was correct, but the drive-thru could definitely be quicker. It took longer than expected, especially during a less busy time. Hopefully, the speed improves because everything else was great!
The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. By the time I walked out, the long line was gone! Awesome work Dunkin team 😁
