hiring an employee and then firing them after yall break up is wild… is this really who you want managing your store? (didn’t even give her full paycheck mind you…) ? do better

I recently had a disappointing experience at Gongcha due to the manager's unprofessional behavior. Despite initially hiring a new employee for personal reasons, the manager terminated her employment when their relationship encountered difficulties. What's even more concerning is that the manager withheld the employee's paycheck, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company's integrity and respect for its employees. I hope Gongcha takes steps to address such issues in the future.

The manager fired a recent hire after getting into a romantic relationship for benefits (the Asian guy). Unhinged and incredibly unethical. If you want bubble tea at the mall go to Kung Fu Tea instead, or wait for Taichi to open up soon.

maybe let's not give profit to a manager that dates his teenage female employees and makes out with them in front of customers? and fires them after he breaks up with the girlfriend? yeah let's not.

Located on the 2nd floor of the mall close to Macy's, this is my favorite place to get bubble tea in Rockland. The workers are always very friendly, and the drinks are delicious! I usually get either the strawberry milk tea or the brown sugar milk tea, both with tapioca, light ice, and 70% sugar (or something like that number)

Gong Cha is located on the 2nd floor at Palisades Center. I absolutely love Gong Cha and it's one of my favorite bubble tea chains. Their teas are very aromatic and sets them apart from other bubble tea joints imo. My go-to here is the milk foam teas. They're not overly sweet and the tea's aroma is front and center. The milk foam gives it a slight accent and complements the tea perfectly.

Truly disgusted by the service of this Gong Cha. There was a nail in my earl gray boba tea. I refuse to believe that you would serve someone a dysfunctional bubble tea with somebody’s nail in my boba. This is true blasphemy and the person who served this boba truly needs to reconsider their job before serving anymore boba. I spit out the nail so therefore I cannot provide photographic evidence. But my boba is currently in a target cart after I threw it for having a GODAMN nail in it. Here’s photographic evidence. This is truly outrageous behavior and get prepared to be sued. Cause COVID isn’t gone yet. Good luck.

I love the creative series, & dairy + caffeine free options.I always get white pearls + coconut jelly as additions. The fact that you can control sugar & ice amounts is a plus as well. The sparkling hibiscus is AMAZING!PS: Their merch is super cute. Got a few of these keychains as gifts.

Love the Gong cha chain and this one stands up to the name. Great service and a large variety of teas. You can custom order the tea, boba type and fruit from the menu or go with a standard drink. Everything comes in two sizes and you can customize the sweetness level and ice level. So delicious! Sign up for points and get rewards!

First time there. Very impressed with the decor & cleanliness! Felt I was in a 'High End' store without paying a 'High End' price. I went with the passion fruit tea with pearls. Very good! The girl who worked there was extremely helpful explaining the teas. Can't wait to go back to try ALL their other variations!

Had the bubba tea at Gong Cha with the family and everyone agreed it was the worst bubba tea we’ve tried. We had strawberry, Mango and caramel milk bubba and no one could even finish half… it’s not worth it! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

We went to Palisades Mall to celebrate Mother's Day. After lunch, a bubble tea is my go to for a sweet ending. The place is clean and the service is on point. I usually go with lemon aiyu but decided to try the milk foam green tea with boba. My bro ordered a passion fruit slush. The barista accidently added boba to my bro's drink. We mentioned it and immediately they volunteered to make a new one without boba. The gesture was kind. My bro didn't want to trouble the staff so just left as is. The service was quick and I had my sweet craving satisfied!
