I've given them challenging designs, and they've always exceeded expectations. To the point that now I have coworkers who request cookie cake designs for events. Their communication is great too, making sure everything is right. I'll post an example.If you want to have fun with custom cakes, give them a try. They seem so enthusiastic, it really is a pleasure.

My family absolutely loves the cookies and the cookie cake. They gave amazing decorators and they are so friendly. Have to get a cookie cake for all our occasions from here!!!! also the Domino cookie is the best!!!!

Great in the title of the business makes it just jolly, with so many great cookies to choose to offer. They also provide cakes and drinks as a plus. It's been open for quite a bit now, and decided it's time to give it a try. To make life easier for us customers, it was quite awesome to see each cookie labeled with what's made in it, especially noting allergies. Honestly, more food businesses should carry on with this practice like them. There were enough workers to keep things flowing, and didn't appear as crowded when I visited. The atmosphere is soothing, considering it's a business that doesn't lead inside, but instead, ordering is done in the hallway with no tables nearby. Also, it is more of a takeout for big parties or gatherings, for example, picking up a large number of items, but that's not the case of course. Take advantage of their sales as well. Time to explore the menu for more deliciousness!!

with all drink and candy shops in the mall, this place is refreshing to have. the staff is very friendly and quick to get your cookies. plus, a pretty large selection of choices to pick from and variety as well, like brownies and sandwich cookies. All the cookies i ordered were soft baked and so good. Alot of love were crafted for their cookies and you tell in one bite.

Just tried these cookies today for the first time (thanks to the tykes Tuesday cookie decorating activity) and honestly the cookies were super delicious and so fresh and soft! I tried both the sugar cookie and the original chocolate chip and both did not disappoint! I will definitely be back for more deliciousness !

Update to my initial review: So I reached out to Customer Service. They said "We appreciate the feedback. We recommend downloading our App so that you can earn points/rewards for your purchases. We do hope that you come back and give us another try!"Are you kidding me. Now, I'm not looking for a free handout or coupons but You're recommending that I download your App to earn points/rewards? WTH. How detached from reality is this company???? I just told you that your cookies need to be improved to warrant a $2.00 price. Clearly, GAC's CEO needs to improve the Customer Service department. It might have been better for Customer Service to do some in-depth research into how the cookies can be improved.Honest review. I’m not a chef but I like good pastries and bake goods. I tried 13 cookies from this company and they are average at best. At $2.00 per cookie, they are no where close to being gourmet. I can go to a bakery and get better cookies. The staff was super and friendly. But again I can find better cookies at the grocery store.

Just what the mall needed! So glad Great American Cookies expanded up here. Their cookies really are great! Very cool new spot and perfect for satisfying your cookie cravings while shopping. Solid selection and great deals like you'd find at their other locations. Plus brownies & cookie cakes too. They advertise all their products as being kosher as well.

Iv had better baked goods! These cookies are not worth the rediculious prices. Bought them for my kids and they did not even like the sugar cookies. Apparently only there chocolate chip is "good" which Iv tried and once again Iv had better. If the prices weren't so outrageous for a cookie I wouldn't have been so disappointed. If your going to make something expensive it should be worth it!
