I just went the Pallisades mall really fun experience
What I didn’t enjoy was waiting 10 minutes for my food to come out it was kinda outrageous I never have this problem when I order food from here it’s always one two three there’s your chicken tenders and fries
I go here a lot this is like my go to
I’ve had a similar experience and it came in a dunk it buck in t bucket which is weird for chicken tenders and fries
But mostly we just order they give us the chicken tenders and soda and we just sit and have lunch and that’s it
I mean like
They got nasty with my mom when she tried to intervene
Look the food was worth the wait pretty
The biscuits on the other hand either they need to change up their recipe or just give you extra wedges on the side as a consonasalation because I’ve only had one good biscuit and that’s when I mobile ordered once
All in all
It is a good location for the most part on my part
I can sympathize with the other reviews I’m sorry you had to go through that with them they are never like that with me
They are a bit short when I order though everytime so I kinda get it And after todays experience I kinda get it more All in all I would go still go unless they shift in quality or the way they do things then maybe I would take my business to another fast food place but I do hear you and that’s terrible you went through that

Every time I order from this location on doordash, they always send the wrong items. If I order an 8 piece, they either send the wrong pieces of chicken or it's not the crispy chicken. Or they just forget to add the sides that I ordered.

Half of these reviews are racist. I am a regular and I never have a problem. Cashiers know my name and we strike up conversation many times. Chicken is just KFC chicken, its definitely soggy but barely and it is still really good. Drink selection is not the best, nor is any place in the food court. Great place to make a poutine with a famous bowl and fries.

horrible if i could rate one star i would rude as indïâñ worker didnt wanna give me a refund for a lemode even tho they charged me the lemonade and didnt have any lemonade then refuse to give me another drink like huh? weirdo fire

This is a KFC located in the mall food court. The taste is good, not great. It is slightly better than Popeyes. It was definitely not crispy. It was a bit on the soggy side.The Brisk iced tea tasted strange like a metallic sour flavor. Maybe they need to clean and flush the soda machines?The fries are ok. Red Robin is the best for fries. These KFC fries are below Burger King, McDonald's and chick fila. But they are better than Wendy's fries ?.I only ordered the drink because if you purchase 2 pieces of chicken at $7 and add fries for $3, it is already beyond the price of the meal combo of $9 + tax. The prices are all messed up. Just doesn't make sense.People growing up today will never know how delicious KFC used to be in the 1980s. Used to be able to get a whole bucket of delicious, crispy fried chicken for less than $15. Now 2 pieces of chicken cost $7. This is part Bidenflation and part KFC slowly raising prices every year. And the flavor now is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The secret formula has changed over the years and probably by swapping out more expensive ingredients for cheaper ones. Maybe the oil is cheaper too. It's still good chicken ?. It's just not as good as it used to be and not crispy anymore.Being located in the mall means tons of seats and free parking.I am giving an extra star for real plastic bags and real plastic straws! That was awesome and I appreciate that. Especially when you have fried food, oil will soak a paper bag and leak all over you and your car. But a nice plastic bag protects your food, clothes and car while keeping your food warmer than a paper bag. Plastic straws taste better, much stronger and sturdier than paper straws and much healthier since paper straws are made with toxic chemicals.

Do not eat here the cashier is rude not friendly at all and the chicken nuggets taste disgusting as if it was old I would never eat this garbage again along with the iced tea the whole meal was disgusting do not eat here you will regret it trust me the mall is beautiful but do not go to KFC I will give it zero Stars if I
the food was disgusting, the employees were rude, the service was horrible. i ordered food that said it came with chicken nuggies but there was none, only icky smicky smashed potatoes. i found a hair in the food that wasn't mine. the food looked like puke and it was not what i ordered! food was undercooked! on the menu the food was 7 dollars but they charged me 8 with no change. DON'T BUY FROM HERE, IT WAS NOT FINGER LICKIN' GOOD
