They forgot ice and half of it was foam. The boba is over cooked. This isn’t the first time the boba was bad for the same reasons. For the same price go to the boba shops on the top floor of the mall.

So two years ago I came with my mom and had what I thought was the best matcha around. I had matcha with brown sugar boba and a milk cap. Today I went there and was disappointed that the matcha tasted watered down with hard boba. There was also no milk cap. I was trying my best to describe the milk cap because I forgot what it was called I was like “that frothy cream cheese thing on top” and the girl was like “cream cheese?” in a condescending manner and I was like “never mind I’ll just have the matcha with boba please!” In my head I was thinking that I don’t need that tone but ok. I am nice to food service workers but I’ll match energies if I have to. I got it and as soon as I finished it wasn’t even 10 minutes later I ran to a bathroom. Worst Boba Experience Ever!

They don't have adequate signage to make announcements about what isn't available and you find out things as you are at the front of the line (can't make coffee drinks ice machine broke, they ran out of certain types of mixes), the back of house is absolutely crowded with pots on the floor, there isn't enough room for the staff to move around and functional properly and backs up orders, they underfill the drinks leaving empty space in the cups as a cost cutting measure.... None of this is the worker's fault as I blame the owner of this franchisee... At the time of this review, and until something changes rather go to the other bubble teas in the mall.

Update, post-owner's reply: "adequate signage" is a very subjective term, the shop has to use peices of paper that's taped up to make announcements, which is quite unprofessional. You represent an established nationalized bubble tea branch, not some fly by night operation. You should consider signage boards people can see from some distance and edited menus to reflect what is available for ordering, customers want simplicity and to mot have to look 4 different places to see what they can or can't order. You get what you invest into this stand.

Walked up and all the workers were on their phones huddled around each other. Ordered our drinks which ust have been an inconvenience. When the drink was finally done, it was slammed down on the counter in front of my sister. On a scale of one to ten- I'll give it a 1.

I know I left the initial rating a long time ago but I'm adding to it now. Leanne (idk if I spelled that right sorry) was very helpful and nice. I came in hoping to get one of the Spirit Halloween straw toppers and it looked like they were completely out but she found one for me! Thank you so much!!

This is the worst Kung Fu tra I have had. We ordered mango and pina colada alish and it tasted nothing like pina colada and mango. It is watery and we just threw it oit. Please train your employees better.

Ew, asked for a pearl milk tea with extra bubbles, didn’t give what I payed for. Had to wait 1 hour for it to have it and the bubbles weren’t sweet nor chewy and the tea taste artificial made with powder. I payed 8 dollars for nothing. If I could give you 0 stars I would but I can’t do I give you 1 star. I hope you can learn from your mistakes and try to improve your quality.

Definitely the worst bubble tea I've ever had and also the most expensive. I suppose they think they can charge a premium for being in a mall but not when it's so terrible. $8.83 for a large bubble tea with extra bubbles and no ice. And the worst part is how the amount of bubbles seemed exactly the same as a regular. Also you can tell the bubbles are cooked incorrectly or sitting around long before it gets into my drink. They were terrible and as anyone can tell i get extra bubbles because that's what i get it for. I was gonna say something to the worker there but I decided that I would just never go back and maybe put this review and that would say enough.

Way too inconsistent. Each time I go I order the same drink and it will be different in how sweet it is. And when I try to order a certain level of sweetness, they tell me they can't control the sweetness of certain drinks. Sometimes I have to just throw out what I order because it will be so off.

Just went today, horrible service! All the girls were rude to me, I was in line but didn't know how the coupon work so I told them just take the next customer till I find how it works. Once I did she told me to wait till the next customer. There was no one else but they were busy so I didn't say anything. Then some customers came and then I told them to please take my order, they didn't want to take my oder still! Don't hire people like this! So rude , left very angry! ??
