Employees was polite and respectful, couldn't make a simple long Island ice tea, not much bowling balls to choose from

Was double charged and when I went to tell an employee they said they couldn’t help me and “sorry man I’m just an hourly worker”

This is very nice bowling alley. The staff was excellent and very professional. The food was very good. They have great prices. I highly recommend this place.

The place-itself was okay, it was big. However the customer service by the front desk woman (said her name was Beyonce) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we needed her assistance she gave attitude and rolled her eyes. She Would walk away from front desk , and even other customers were looking for help. The manager Matt did end up taking care of our issue , and he was professional about the situation.

This place is a rip off and they probably NEVER oil their lanes. It's like they purposely programmed the machines to work slower so that they can rip you off on time cause time = money $$If you wanna have a good bowling experience, go to Montvale Lanes, not so far away from this forsaken place

Went 3pm-5pm on 7/4/23, was told when we arrived there was issues and we needed to come back in 15. Came back and started to play, the lane broke a few times and we had to wait. We wanted to order drinks and no one was around. The bar was empty couldn’t find an employee. As we go towards the end we go ask if we can have a little more time to finish our game because of the issues. The person was extremely rude, told us we had X amount of time left and that was it. Added to all this, it was extremely hot in the entire place. Hot to the point we were all sweating sitting down. The seats and alley is very worn out. Overall an awful experience.

Great service and very attentive to our needs. Keara was an amazing waitress who took care of us like we were the only ones in the place. Matt was outstanding as well. We will definitely plan another event there.

Let me just say JENNI , hands down , best host with customer service and too friendly and sweet and caring , she was so welcoming and pleasant it was truly amazing , will be back again for sure !! Thanks again Jenni for your hospitality can’t wait for another fantastic experience ?

With how much you pay to bowl you’d expect a better experience. The only reason they received 2 stars it is very clean. The lane ran so slow that we felt as if we spent more time waiting then bowling. The lane server came over with menus as soon as we sat down and said he’d be back in a minute. We decided what we wanted and an hour later we finished our bowling and he never returned. Dave and Busters next door ended up getting our money instead. It’s not worth the money to come here. Go to your local place and save money.

Fun Birthday Party... Enjoyed that they offered Ping Pong & Billiards along with the Bowling. Food & Service was very good.

Great bowling place although they also offer pool table, ping pong with good food and drinks. Highly recommended ?

I called them and they told me they give a lane till 12 i arrived 10 minutes before and they wouldn't let me play

We paid a lot of money at this place and lost time. The balls were not coming back when we threw them on the lane. It was for my neices birthday. We did still have fun. But this place is a rip off

The experience we had as a company at Lucky Strike was amazing! We all had such a good time, celebrating our 5 millionth package delivered. It was the perfect location to celebrate with the team. The staff that was working that night was very helpful and accommodating for our large group. Nya, Ethan, and Blaise went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The manager, matt, was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location for any celebratory event you may be having in the near or far future!
