Red Crab Juicy Seafood & Bar

Sat at the bar. Fried catfish and fried shrimp was fresh and hot. French fries were great. Beer hit the spot with excellent service.

Our server Norman was very rude and if I’m being completely honest shouldn’t deal with customers my food was cooked wrong and he said there’s nothing he can do he also said if I don’t like it I can leave and that I was complaining for no reason

Our waitress was Najee and she was amazing! We had a great experience and she was so kind and welcoming, she answered any questions we had about the food/menu.
Highly recommend this establishment and recommend Najee!!

I am a wheelchair user, I transfer into a booth fine. There were plenty tables available in the main dining area, they attempted to seat us in a back corner tucked away, not even practical to transfer, the person seating us said there was a robot coming around, whatever that meant. I asked for a different booth and we sat there…. BUT, the music was SO obnoxiously loud, my 7year old started to have a panic attack so we got up and left. We’re not in a nightclub, there were other families around and I don’t understand how the staff feels it’s appropriate or necessary to crank up the volume and bass so patrons can’t enjoy conversations or a pleasant meal. I said something to the manager on our way out and he seemed unconcerned.
Their loss.

I had the pleasure of being served by Dandre, and I can’t say enough good things about his service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His warm personality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food was fantastic! The seafood was an absolute 10/10—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Dandre and the great food made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Went with my friends, there was a lot of concerns, mainly with the service.

1. Our server
I know this isn’t with all servers, but ours didn’t keep up with our table and didn’t check in at all. They took way too long to give us things like drinks and other little favors. They were also a bit rude
2. In General
We were a party of about 5-7 and we weren’t told that we couldn’t split a check. I’ve never really seen this before, but our check came out to around 400 dollars and it took a very long time to pay the right amount, only to also not be told of additional charges, such as 3-5 dollars to change a flavor of a drink, so we had to redo our count all over again.
3. The food
The food wasn’t horrible, but the boils seemed to have a lot of one thing and not so much of the other. It was nice, though!

Booked for my birthday dinner and the experience was pretty bad. Server was not attentive and they failed to tell me that I was unable to split my check LAST MINUTE due to a technical problem on their end. When we asked for our food after waiting an hour the server gave us a dirty look and seemed annoyed.

LET ME TELL YOU!!!! NORMAN WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT FROM START TO FINISH. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND HE WAS A REALLY GREAT WAITER AND DEFINITELY GAVE ME A GREAT FLAVOR RECOMMENDATION. SERVICE CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR EXPERIENCE AND HE SET THE BAR HIGH! NOT TO MENTION THE FOOD WAS AWESOME AND FLAVORFUL. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND ASK FOR NORMAN!!!!

Dandre. He's the best to ask for when you get into red crab at the palisades mall don't get me wrong the seafood is delicious but with the service he give makes never get tired of going there
