Waited for 5 minutes while the staff was having a wonderful party with themselves in the back while ignoring the line of customers. Reminds me of why I rarely go to Starbucks
I am a local author and I did a book signing at the Barnes and Noble in West Nyack yesterday. The people there were very welcoming and helpful. They helped me get set up and tended to my needs throughout the three hour event.
