Terrible customer service. When you ask for a different order and the worker rolls eyes and speaks Spanish about you (I speak Spanish) it’s absolutely disgusting and riddled with bigotry. If you don’t like your job working with the public. Go elsewhere. I will never be back. Contacting corporate later tonight. Coffee sucked too. Lazy workers.

This is the fastest I’ve ever been serviced at a Starbucks! The guy with the nice eyes was on top of getting my order ready timely and was so sweet.

Cashier messed up my orders ( I ordered 1 pink drink but was charged for 2 ) . They made wrong drinks ( I specifically ordered “ with NO whip” but they added whip cream , then just scooped it out with a spoon, made it messy ,and looked disgusting) . I was still going to take the wrong numbers of drinks and wrong made drink but one of employees there ( Bryan ) threw a tray when I asked one nicely . Even the store manager didn’t apologize when I reported it , they kept saying they will make new drinks for me . It is in the middle of shopping mall , everything looked unorganized and people who were waiting for ordering and picking up didn’t know where to stay properly.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in any Starbucks. Associates are so rude, and not efficient at all. We were many customers waiting, and they were just chatting and taking long time preparing drinks. For a moment it felt that they were doing it in purpose, so customers can get upset. Not forth it to waste money and time in this location.
