This Taco Bell location does a wonderful job! The orders are always correct. The employees, including Humberto and Estella, are always a joy to interact with. They really care about doing the best they can and making customers happy, and it shows. We frequent this location often because they do such a good job. Highly recommended!

I love this Taco Bell, as well as the employees! I go out of my way to come to this location!! ( the one on Hwy 59 is awful). Don’t know why anyone would say they had a bad experience here. I eat here weekly, food is always fresh, delicious and my order is accurate 100% of the time. The employees are so wonderful, my family and I always look forward to seeing them. Humberto and Estella go out of their way to be friendly, courteous and professional. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably reflecting their own misery. Honestly, I see people walk around being rude to others and then get angry over nothing. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I eat here couple of times a week, and truly enjoy the food and the friendly employees. :-) Thanks for doing a great job!!

This Taco Bell is the only remaining location in the entire metropolitan New York & surrounding Hudson Valley-adjacent region that has relatively lower prices on their sides. Unfortunately it is also the only location that closes disproportionately earlier than any other Taco Bell location, and even closing earlier than any other business in the food court. Kinda unfair to anyone who can't get here early enough to make it, don't you think?

I don’t know why these reviews are so low. The quality of how they made my food can be compared to that of local Mexican restaurants in the area. I got a quesadilla and they actually grilled it with perfection. The food tasted like it was made with love instead of average typical Taco Bell food. It didn’t even feel like I was eating at a Taco Bell, it was just a chef’s kiss.

Not only is the quality FAR worse than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to but I work at this mall and every SINGLE day, this Taco Bell decides to make up its own hours and close before they are supposed to. They also refuse to do breakfast or frozen drinks. Shouldn’t be allowed by Taco

Even though this taco bell is in the mall it's the worst Taco Bell I've ever dealt with. Took them 35 min to make me three tacos and there was only one order before mine. The coke machine hasn't worked in days and the people here are rude and disrespectful. And I've watched them wipe their nose with the back of their hand while making people's food.

Ordered door dash I got all my food and sauces. My dorito locos taco was so full of topping and still crunchy not soggy at all like other taco bells. Crunchwrap Supreme® Combo add jalapeñosauce was so delicious. Thank you.
