I'm not the type to do reviews for places, but after a year or so of frequenting this Wendy's I felt like sharing my opinion. I've been ordering from this Wendy's maybe once or twice every week (with some breaks in-between), since I started working at the Palisades Mall and I haven't gotten a bad experience even once. For starters, the quality of the food is always on point and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back, also the choice of ordering through the app saves me minutes when I'm on break and have to come back within a certain time and the Meal Deals alongside the offers on the app are amazing. The other main reason why I keep coming back is that the people working there are always so friendly and quick that the possibility of getting poor service has never crossed my mind. Definitely on my Top 3 of food places in this mall, including restaurants, and I think you can guess which position it holds from this review.

I ordered through the Wendy's app last week while sitting in the parking lot literally by the time I made it up the escalator, my food was waiting for me.
Staff was efficient, and my food was hot. Everything was correct in my order and the food was on par for what you would expect out of Wendy's.

The service was terrible worst in the world worst experience first me and my friends went to get some food at Wendy’s and i said simple I want bbq nuggets and she messed up my order and have a attitude I also believe that she spit in my food and the food was extra oiled the bag was drenched and I me and my friends went back and she charged us for our food that she messed up and had a bigger attitude and pointing at my that I did not order bbq nuggets and on the receipt it said I ordered bbq nuggets and after we paid the second time she messed it up again and I saw the spit in my food I would not recommend to got to also while I was writing this review I stepped in a deep puddle with very expensive shoes

Went to get some Wendy’s at the mall and the person behind the register was really rude and disrespectful. He also seemed to have gotten frustrated and impatient when I didn’t know what to choose off the menu, giving me dirty attitude. He looked to be 14-15 years of age and had his hair braided.

Delicious hot food, & great portion. It was unbelievable that it took them 2 minutes to ready a large order. Staffs are very friendly.

I’m not sure how this happened, but they may have one of the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. And it was just an egg, bacon, and cheese on a biscuit. The biscuit was great, the bacon was crisp. I was surprised, since it’s a mall Wendy’s. It was fantastic.
