The Yard House restaurant is a popular and well regarded American casual dining restaurant chain that's known for offering guests superbly made burgers, pizzas, salads and other delicious dishes. In July of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Yard House, specifically the branch located at the Palisades Center at West Nyack, New York and we very much enjoyed our dining experience. The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and quickly provided us with a very large and comfortable dining table. Our server, Destiny D. was kind, welcoming and unquestionably professional. She did a great job on taking our menu orders, addressing our inquiries and always checked to make sure that we were having a great time. The Yard House is truly fortunate to have Destiny D as a member of their team. In addition to the great service, both my wife and I were in awe of the restaurant's energetic and vivacious atmosphere. We were impressed with its modern and stylish decor, and its display of multiple large television screens which feature live sports events and popular music programming. Guests also have access to a lively sports bar which features a vast collection of beers and cocktails. Last but certainly not least, my wife and I absolutely enjoyed our meal!!! We found our guacamole and chips appetizer tasty and delightful!!! I ordered and loved my burger based entree while my wife ordered and loved her whiskey glazed salmon entree. We found our meals to be perfectly cooked, superbly seasoned and highly delicious!!! All in all, we very much enjoyed our dining experience at the Yard House, and highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine at this great restaurant!!!

The server asked for ID from the 45 year old men at the table and not the 45 year old woman. Way to make the woman feel like she looks old. At least fake it and ask for it from everyone. Food was good through.

A two minute grace period before being removed from the list is unacceptable especially because of the location of the restaurant inside a gigantic mall. Food and service overall was ok.

It is the perfect place if you want to entertain friends from out of town or even just sit and watch the game on the numerous TVs. The food hits the spot every time.

Great customer service. We had our baby shower in here and the manager was so nice that you decorated our table, created a cozy atmosphere. We have now a beautiful memory THANK YOU for that. All staff were super helpful. We Highly recommend this Yard House.

There were so many options for drinks it was nearly hard to choose from, we tried three different drinks, and I found the Honey Blonde ale to be amazing. The staff were lovely but we did feel pressured when we kept being asked if we needed anything else multiple times in our short stay even with a drink still left in our glass, but it was a weekday and quiet at the time so can't blame them for trying to find something to do

Sunday afternoon and football is on, two of us went in to eat and drink, bar 25% full and tables 10% occupied; requested the NY Yankees game and both ESL bartenders told us NO. Walked over to Chili’s and were told “no problem, pick a seat and I’ll put it on”, my $100 and 35% tip went there. Good luck 1/2 yard bungalow; piss poor customer service.
The most awesomeness place in the world ? ? I love Yard House delicious dishes and the beer/drinks are always awesome. The people who take our orders are always great ??

Love the freshness of ingredients and the way they are cooked in general. My favorite is chicken nachos. And, the service is always excellent. The wings are better than most wing specialty places.
