I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.
I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.
The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.

I'm not sure what has been going on recently and by recently I mean since the PSL dropped. I didn't want to give a bad review but I'm over it at this point. I order my drink today and I usually get 4 shots of expresso so there is no why under the sun it should taste watered down ( my drink was hot), not only was there not 4 shots in my drink but there was no flavor and i added extra suryp to my coffee. I'm irritated because a bad cup of coffee can really ruin someone's day. This is not the 1st time I've gotten a subpar cup of coffee. Once I even got a drink with soiled milk, there was even chunks in it. They are usually on point so idk what is going on.

Parking: The parking lot is small. Shared with subway, gym and other offices.
? YOU CANT JUST "GO" TO THIS STARBUCKS! Keep in mind this Starbucks is in the West Point military accademy. I picked this location because it was closest to where I was and ended up at a military checkpoint. Guard took my license and didn't give it back until I made a Uturn and was leaving the property. Unless you have a day pass, you can't just show up and expect to get in.

Order was not completed correctly and I tried to explain more in detail but they refused to listen and just made something without asking me or telling me what's in it. Wish they would listen and try to at-least compromise next time
