? YOU CANT JUST "GO" TO THIS STARBUCKS! Keep in mind this Starbucks is in the West Point military accademy. I picked this location because it was closest to where I was and ended up at a military checkpoint. Guard took my license and didn't give it back until I made a Uturn and was leaving the property. Unless you have a day pass, you can't just show up and expect to get in.

Order was not completed correctly and I tried to explain more in detail but they refused to listen and just made something without asking me or telling me what's in it. Wish they would listen and try to at-least compromise next time

Drink was ok, probably due to my horrible choices, came out quickly and the place looked very nice. It's a regular Starbucks, pretty nice but expensive.

Service was good and breakfast sandwiches. Cost and coffee, I was just better off getting a coffee at DD.Parking: The parking lot is small. Shared with subway, gym and other offices.

standard starbucks though with a "discount" since it's tax-free! i think what stood out here was the staff - for a northeast starbucks, i thought everyone on staff was exceptional nice and professional, a welcome breath of fresh air.
