If you have to specify to cook my bacon, don't put it on raw bacon on a sandwich.I'm wasting my money yet again..

Place doesn’t open on time when advertised. Also don’t bother coming after lunch rush, they most likely will be out of bread or meat entirely. Crazy

It's my 2nd time coming at 9am and waiting until 9:30 on my break and no one opened as advertised open at 9am I guess employees show up when they feel like.
Really disappointing. It is one of two AAFES restaurants on post, and it fails to serve our community’s needs on a regular basis. Closing hours before advertised, putting ONE slice of roast beef on a 6-inch sub, always running out of condiments. I understand that many of the employees are young, but it seems like some of the issues are out of their control. West Point deserves better. A restaurant operated this poorly would never remain open off post.

I stopped in to grab lunch here this today and I noticed a few new faces working behind the counter. I just wanted to point out that the young man and young lady working there were great! They are efficient, friendly, and have good attitudes. It was a pleasure.
