came through this dunkin (apprehensively bc they are almost always bad but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt today) to get an iced coffee with 3 cream, 3 liquid cane and 4 mocha (not a hard order :) ) not only did we mention everything twice at the box, but when we got up to the window, ofc there was no cream. After we remind him we asked for cream and we pay, he hands us a drink that looks like this :D not only does this look like a completely different drink than what we asked for, but there is CLEARLY not 4 mocha in it and it may be the worst iced coffee i've had in my life. like how hard is it to put in the drink what is on the sticker 😀 this location is so awful about consistency and clearly doesn't listen to their customers at the box

This company used to be my favorite donut shop since I was a kid . Over the years quality and taste has declined. The last dozen I bought were so bland I finally have given up on going back
The AM at this location (I believe his name is Derrick), is the best. He recognizes my bf's truck and always has our mobile order ready for us. He often notices when my drink is the wrong color before it even goes out the window, and will have it remade for me. He's made our day on multiple occasions.

Waited at counter inside for almost 10 min. Apparently if you want coffee you have to go through drive thru. Lots of people working. One worker walked right by us. HORRIBLE customer service. Finally left. Car on drive thru pulled in and was waited on and left before we even got to our car.

I love Dunkin but this location could use some help. Every time we go, they mess up our order and it's quite frustrating. The employees are nice but there seems to be some miscommunication going on, especially in the drive thru.
