I was on my way to Manhattan from Toronto. We took a stop near Buffalo and found Kone King while driving through. That was 9 years ago, and to this day I think about Kone King and how good their brownie ice cream was.
I look forward to the next time I'm passing through, just so I can visit Kone King.

Speedy, friendly service. Ice cream really hit the spot on a HOT day! I've grown up with Kone King, and no matter wherever else I have a chocolate cone, the ice cream just doesn't compare to the tastiness of a Kone King soft serve chocolate ice cream cone!

So very disappointed with our service this evening. We had to call out to the staff to place our order. (They were huddled in the corner talking). They got my daughter’s order wrong three times. We were met with attitude from the staff which was uncalled for because we did not give them attitude. We have gone there for over 20 years and we felt it was a bad idea to go there tonight. It was not busy so no reason to get a simple ice cream cone wrong multiple times. We had to call her back to correct it and she seemed mad that she had to remake it. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.
