Have been in many times for ice cream, and it's always been very good. The atmosphere is very nice and clean. The staff is not overly friendly though. With that being said..stopped in today for some Easter chocolate(which I have done for many years) and was SO disappointed. They had not much of a selection at all! I was looking for orange sponge candy or orange chocolate miniatures. Thought maybe they were sold out when I couldn't find any. Apparently they don't sell orange chocolate anymore. Was just very surprised a "sweet" shop wouldn't have orange chocolate. It's too bad because I prefer to shop local, but will have to go somewhere else now.

The ice cream was to good to get a picture of, I love coming here their cherry vanilla is my favorite!! The staff is amazing and I love talking to them. I don't think their prices are too bad. It's a nice quiet place when they are not busy they also have part of a chocolate store and I like the orange chocolate and milk chocolate products!

Wow Wow Wow!!! I used to drive all the way to Tonawanda for Platters orange chocolate and Nick Charlaps was right under my nose!!! I got the orange chocolate custard and this is the best ice cream I've ever had!!! I turned it into a sundae with hot fudge and whipped cream and this dessert was absolute perfection. 5/5 would absolutely come here again.

Imagine three smalls (not baby small) for $13.05. It’s 2023 and this is an ice cream at 1990 prices. Service with a smile, hard and soft serve. All yum

I'm rating Nick's just based on the ice cream and milkshakes and not the candy shop. The banana milkshakes were the least impressive I've ever had. They had no flavor and just tasted like plain milk. The other flavors we ordered were decent but I don't think I'd go out of my way to stop here.
