I just had to shout out One Pie Pizza Co.'s Extreme Specialty Pizza - The Cover 1 "ALLEN GOAT"! I ordered a QTR (six slice) size The Cover 1 "ALLEN GOAT" pizza, which is their home-made red sauce, topped with goat cheese, chicken fingers mozzarella cheese, red onion, and bacon. This pizza slaps, just wow! The dough was cooked perfectly, not limp or wet in the center, with a perfectly crisp crust.
