I was a bit worried how things would change once corporate took over but wow spot is still the “spot” to go. The manager is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the vibe is just right.

Waited forever for a toasted bagel, while the two girls were talking behind the counter. There was an Uber eats person picking up food and the cook put it out on the counter, but they never said anything to her so she waited a little longer and started checking the bag out herself before she took it. And when my bagel finally came out, it wasn’t even toasted. I normally go to the Orchard Park location, but I won’t be back to the West Seneca location.

Sorry folks my 15+ year routine of buying 2 bags of whole bean house blend a week has come to an end. It's not me, it's you. I stuck with you when the bags shrunk from 16oz to 12oz. I stuck with you when you dropped the rewards program for a Tuesday discount, a discount that none of the employees seem to remember. I even stuck with you during the last price hike. You got greedy though. Now you want $16.95 for 12oz! $1.41 /oz is 98% more than what Starbucks is charging. 87% more than Great Lakes Coffee Company. That's even 26% more than Underground Coffee, one of the smallest roasters around.
Thank you for giving me the final nudge to end this toxic relationship. I will miss you a lot and will think fondly of all our mornings together. Good luck out there.

They need to fix the prices for the add on menu. 3.25 is too expensive for one egg if that's 2x the price of a dozen eggs at the store.

Came in on a Saturday for a little break. I sat and read my book comfortably and peacefully. The coffee was great and the food was fresh. This is an "express" location so the menu is limited but still plenty of options (even vegetarian ones)!
Got a cup of house blend today and all day kept thinking about what a great cup of coffee it was. Highly recommend.

I went into the West Seneca Spot coffee today 12/19/2023. Wasn’t in the best of moods. Ordered a mocha hot coffee and lemon bar. The manager I believe his name is Dave took my order and started making my coffee. Maddie packaged up my lemon bar.
I’m telling you, both Dave and Maddie were very professional, kind and efficient. We started talking and wow, what a couple of positive, kind and caring people they were. It was so refreshing and uplifting. By the time I left I was in a great mood, happy, felt positive and thought I had just made friends with two of the nicest people I have come across in forever! Both had smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see two happy individuals at work.
Thank you both for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be stopping in for another pick me up date! 😉
The mocha coffee and lemon bar were out of this world!
Highly recommend both and highly recommended stopping into Spot coffee in West Seneca!
