Double charged me and then not only refused to fix the mistake but then proceeded to tell me while they charged me twice they couldn’t give me what I ordered originally…I filed a dispute with my bank for my money back

I’m literally standing in this place and no one’s in here they’re all outside smoking and I asked if my order was ready and they told me to complain because they don’t get help so here we are.

I have ordered from here three times and they have screwed up the order 2 out of 3 times. Last time I did not call because we were only shorted a drink (and the drinks we did get were the wrong ones) but nobody was too upset so we let it go.
Tonight we're missing one of the 2 burritos on the order. Tried calling to get the issue resolved, but nobody answers the phone. It just rings and rings and rings until the call is dropped.
Don't waste your time or money on delivery. Check your pickup orders before leaving.

Did a mobile order, went through the drive through and was told to pull around to parking lot. There was another 2 cars waiting as well, I was waiting there for 30 min and not a single car got their order. I ended up leaving and having to wait on hold for customer service for 20 min for a refund. It is now an hour later and the app still says my order isn’t ready, what a sick joke. Go to another location.

The WORST place. No wonder is always empty. The drive through girl (with long braids) was rude as hell, didnt give me napkins, didnt say hi or bye, literally rude as hell and the cook made my food like a 2year old. It was a mess! NOT going back to that place. Now I know why is ALWAYS empty.

Every time I go to this location, the service is great. Always very friendly! In the past sometimes items were missing or food quality was inconsistent but the last several months it has been consistently great quality fast food.
