The Ridge West Seneca Reviews
I’m a regular there and just wanted to give a shout out to Jade!! I’ve her multiple times as our server and she does an outstanding job. Tonight I somehow managed to lose my wallet on my way out to go home, I called in a panic as I couldn’t find, and luckily Jade had found it wedged between your front door after it must have fell out of my pocket. I truly appreciate her help as that really made my night. We love coming to your restaurant and look forward to another visit...read full review
Had dinner yesterday. Everything was great! The server Janine was excellent!
Had a wonderful experience this weekend while dining with family from out of town. Jordan took care of us. She was on spot with our service. I always ask for her to be our server when I go there. I know she will take good care of us. She is an excellent server.

The Ridge West Seneca is a local restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The service is attentive, and the pizza is praised, while some dishes like the chicken soup, burger, and lemonade have been reported to lack flavor. However, standout menu items include the fries and the fried peanut and jelly sandwich. The restaurant can be a bit noisy, but it remains a popular spot, especially in the summer. Customers have recently noted the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is lively, making it suitable for casual outings or date nights. The menu features a variety of options such as burgers, appetizers, pizzas, and the French dip, which are generally considered delicious.
Recent reviews highlight the good experiences customers have had, noting that there is plenty of seating for large groups. Some dishes, like the street chicken tacos, received praise, although there were suggestions for improvement, such as using fresh corn. The mashed potatoes were particularly noted as outstanding, described as hot and generously portioned. Customers also enjoyed the white pizza and the steak sandwich, which looked good and was well-received. Overall, The Ridge West Seneca remains a welcoming place with good food and excellent service, making it a restaurant worth visiting again.
