Ordered a bagel with cream cheese got a burnt bagel with cream cheese. I also ordered 2 vanilla iced coffees 4 cream 4 sugar and they were basically black coffees no vanilla flavor. I have called and gone back to have them fix their mess up at least 3 times in the last week
I placed an order for delivery and I did not receive my sandwich are part of my drink. I called and the very rude supervisor told me there was nothing he could do about it he wouldn’t bring me a sandwich. I am 77 years old and disabled I always order from that restaurant I even called to Specify something in the order and I did not receive that either. I worked in food service my whole life I would’ve been fired if I talk to a customer the way that supervisor talk to me.
