Absolutely terrible experience with the app which is extremely slow. The employee was nice, but Tim Horton's needs to get their act together with their app.

The manager was SUPER rude. I was appalled that after we asked nicely if our order was lost, which it was, she YELLED at us "he didn't know he is new". Taken back that she is even a manager. The cashier was amazing and super polite. Never ordering from here again!

They said they were very understaffed and to park out front to wait for the breakfast sandwiches I rdered (3). 15 min later nothing..I walked in and they finally bring them out only to find that all 3 were the wrong sandwiches.. wow.. oh and there were like 10 workers there.. understaffed??. ?

They are just horrible. They open up at 5 AM and they just have people sitting at the drive-through and won’t take their order and then when you ride by two workers are just talking among themselves watching people leave very rude very ignorant people.

Noisy!!! Staff was slow, and timers and alarms were going off often, while no one shut them off, not at least for a while. It was so distracting. I won't dine here again. No one cleaned tables in the 2+ hrs we were there.

I ordered a large caramel macchiato with two sugars, I got a large cup filled to the brim of warm milk with a splash of espresso. For the money I'll go to a gas station next time

Very pleased the two employees danielle an mike they always see me from the parking lot an have my coffee ready by the time i make it inside there are very kind an always eager to answer any questtions i have an always ask me how my morning is .thank you danielle an mike for your awesome kindness i have been several other tim hortons an they didnr seem to care sbour there customers they treatwd me like i was number they acted worae then robot but not this tim hortons an honestly i have been tried out other tim hortons just to see if they were as kind an it was very different i realise may sound spoiled an mike an danielle have went out of there way to be nice to me but if more employees went out of there way like them two there would be alot less evil in this world ..recently my daughter was murdered last sept so there kindness has helped me get thru each day just little bit easier .an gives me little faith in humanity .my day starts with them so thank god for them .i pray all therr dreams an wishes come true .

Tim Horton's is always good for consistency! You know what you're getting, and you know how much you're paying. Never any surprises. Today I got my coffee as usual with two creams and one sugar, always tastes the same! Quality is never an issue. The service is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept.

Went through the drive thru on 2-4-23 and did not receive half of my order. They have yet to refund my money and corporate customer service is useless. I don't frequent this location so it is not convenient for me to stop in. No wonders this company makes money....mess up enough orders and the money adds up quickly, since they won't refund it and corporate doesn't respond to attempts to get money back. As a result of the messed up order, one of my children was quite distraught because it was their food missing. I ended up giving them my food instead. The food and coffee we did receive was awful. Bagel was hard as a rock and coffee tasted weird.

Waited about 5 minutes to get served. All employees were busy talking and joking around. The men's restroom appeared to not have been cleaned in a week. No water at all to wash your hands. How do the employees adhere to health regulations if the sink does not work ?

Stopped for coffee. Found tables needed cleaning. Leaves blown in from outside at the entrance not cleaned up. Washrooms not clean. Limited help at counter.

Used to be my favorite store, but now, if I could give them zero starts I would. I went in to buy few donuts, and there were flies on the donuts and muffins, I told the employee Samm about it, she just said “nothing I can do about it” dear Samm and dear Tim Hortons employees: There’s is a lot you can do, you can talk to the manager and bring this to their attention, you can eliminate the flies or other bugs, you can put a cover or a door, there’s a solution for everything, I did not buy anything there and I will not go back to this location.

Danielle is the biggest ***hole i’ve ever come across in my life. Anybody here who has left a good review about danielle must’ve been paid. I feel bad she hates her job that much but she doesn’t have to take it out on the customer. Do not ask this lady for anything other than a coffee or it will be an extreme inconvenience for her. Also her “mask” made me feel uncomfortable. All the other workers are nice tho
