This has to be a front for something, right? No one went in during the hour and a half I was there. Also, three sandwiches and three coffees were $65 😂
We were forced to place the order on the tablet, the clerk disregarded our instructions we entered in the tablet, and he had to be reminded of the sandwiches.
The coffee was poorly made and the sandwiches are equivalent to the $1 menu in McDonald's.
Avoid at all costs. Starbucks on Jericho = ❤️

I ordered a Matcha latte from this place today and I only received steamed milk with cinnamon. The total for this said Matcha latte was $13. This place is a joke. No wonder this place is always empty.

Stopped by as we wanted a coffee before getting on the road to NJ and kids wanted bagels/muffins.
Put in our orders at the kiosk as they did not take any orders at the counter despite us being they only ones there.
2 adults, 2 kids. I ordered the El Cocoa medium ($9.99) plus a bagel and chocolate muffin for my son. My friend then ordered a tea, bagel sandwich and muffin. The kids decided they wanted hot chocolates so we each put in an additional order. My drink came out first but the employee just placed on the counter, not calling my name or indicating to me it was ready (or mine). Then started the 3 other cups for the drinks. My El Cocoa was only 3/4 full.
It took an extended amount of time to prepare the other drinks. After 20min, the rest of the drinks were still not done and no food given. The employee told us they were out of muffins (despite the sign saying served fresh daily and it only being 10am). He offered croissants instead, which I didn't really want and it was a different price. I asked for a refund and he told me that wasn't possible. So instead of getting the item we wanted, we paid $2 extra for something we didn't want.
When the rest of the order finally came out after 30min, my friend's order was wrong. She had ordered a bagel sandwich and had a plain bagel. We were stumped that it took 30min I make 4 drinks and grab stuff from the back they didn't have to prep.
While waiting for him to fix the sandwich another customer came in and her order was also just placed in the counter without telling her it was ready. I asked if she just ordered a got drink and she said yes, took her coffee and left. She came back a few moments later as she had ordered a specialty drink and was given a black coffee instead.
After 40min inside waiting, we finally received our order and was able to leave.
Highly disappointed as the pictures online made it seem like a great little place where both the adults and kids could get something they'd enjoy.
Would not recommend. Or go with low expectations.

I went there a couple of times and stopped supporting this establishment once I found Chauwcey the owner does not like paying his employees. They would work weeks in and never get paid and end up quitting.The numbers of non payments to his employees has increased still today.

Wonderful modern-rustic coffeeshop located with a scenic view of Westbury life. Looks like a great place to study, go on a date, or even just relax before you get your work day started. High-end coffee and baked goods. Will definitely be frequenting when I can.
This place is doomed. They have an extensive and intriguing menu including many baked goods but their showcases were mostly empty. The coffee was very hot and took a while to make. Many of the chairs were broken. It didn't feel inviting with all the CBD and incense merchandise on the walls.

The atmosphere does not match what you’re getting here. This place is a scam. The coffee tastes flat and the food is worse. Buyer beware, you’ll pay 15$ for a borderline inedible waffle that you get for free at any hotel breakfast, or find in the bargain frozen food isle at any grocery store.
