Bango Bowls is a pretty place but it’s not worth the money.The staff was nice and I am sure they were trained in this way, to treat product as if it’s scarce and the store is shutting down or something.I started by trying to order a “build your own” bowl, which they were out of tofu and that being the only vegan protein option, I had to order something else. I ordered an avocado toast and a banana peanut butter toast, this is when I got aggravated. The toasts were $8.50 plus tax and it tasted mostly like bread. They could not have skimped more on the avocado and the banana and peanut butter. Not even a whole banana. Not even a whole avocado. Not even a full table spoon of peanut butter. This meal tasted like I spent a ton of money to grab the leftover scraps out of someone’s fridge rushing to work. Very disappointing.

This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle. It was perfect. Not dry. And the sauce, it was a perfect addition.

Ordered the Acai bowl. The base did not taste like acai at all. It just tasted like blueberry and some other berries. A ton of granola which threw me off but everything else was great.
Came here for lunch and food was amazing! Sunny dine-in location with an inviting open and airy atmosphere. Also tried the Açaí bowl! Highly recommended.

Bango Bowls catered lunch for 300 people for Clarke , middle and high school in Westbury. It was absolutely amazing teachers and staff couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was definitely will be back again if you need a lunch catered look no further!
