I recently went to Benihana and ordered the Hibachi Chicken, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly right in front of me on the hibachi grill. The garlic butter and seasonings gave it an amazing taste, and the portions were generous. Beyond the food, the experience itself was fun—the chef put on a great show, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I absolutely love Benihana and haven't been there in years. I was excited but since my health journey I pay attention more to food and how it's cooked. Though everything was absolutely fresh and delicious I didn't realize how much butter is used to make the food and for that I took a star away. I wish there were a healthier cooking option for people who are health conscious.

Overall good thanks to the food, but we had several issues during this visit that we wouldn't have expected. Our waitress was nice but seemingly too busy although it wasn't very crowded. She initially told us they didn't have the items we ordered, then said they had one of the items, then said they had two. This put the mood off and although it was nice of the manager to come try to reassure us, we didn't want to risk it at this point that perhaps the food...
