Additionally, I requested no onions and the Waitress replied yes, nodded & seemed to acknowledge our orders. Unfortunately, the Waitress either didn't hear or understand as only one of us received chicken with shrimp, while the other two were given chicken alone. I recently went to Benihana and ordered the Hibachi Chicken, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly right in front of me on the hibachi grill. The garlic butter and seasonings gave it an amazing taste, and the portions were generous. Beyond the food, the experience itself was fun—the chef put on a great show, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I absolutely love Benihana and haven't been there in years. I was excited but since my health journey I pay attention more to food and how it's cooked. Though everything was absolutely fresh and delicious I didn't realize how much butter is used to make the food and for that I took a star away. I wish there were a healthier cooking option for people who are health conscious.
