Just use the drive-thru for a couple of orders so I don't know about the inside so I give 4 out of five stars so we need to know more to give them five. My food was hot and tasty and services reasonably fast at the drive through.

On night shift tonight 11/3/2024 Service, Employees, food and Manager should be evaluated my fries was cold and disgusting I specifically asking for my burgers to be made a certain way the young man in drive thru DOES NOT LISTEN I repeated it twice got to the window and ask him to repeat it back to me he did not want to he had an attitude, the manager needs to be replaced with someone that thinks like serve me how you want to be served, Managers set the example for staff and her example is not fitted for customer service she’s bleeding her negative ways on to her staff and they act just like her I think it’s time for a team meeting otherwise I’m going to report this store to the BBB the bad service and food is ridiculous I’ve giving this store multiple chances of course during the day everything is great at night is when you know rather or not HAVING YOUR WAY is really valued.

Back when I was attending Nassau Community College, I used to come to this Burger King in Westbury every couple of weeks to take advantage of the free any size fry offer through the app with a purchase. I’d usually grab mozzarella sticks/fries and a Coke Zero along with the large fry, and sit in front of the TV while waiting for my next class. The employees were always super nice, and my food was consistently hot and fresh every time I ordered. I always enjoyed my visits here. Highly recommend this location!

Store doesn’t close till 12am I showed up at 11:45 nobody answers the intercom I pulled to the window the manager says they are close
