Overpriced, very small portion, Spanish atmosphere in an Italian restaurant!

Terrible service! I went there at 9:30 pm since they close at 10:00 pm. There were very slim pickings. My kids were hungry and I asked for 2 slices. They said no plain slices left. But there were two slices with pepperoni. So I asked for them to remove the pepperoni and reluctantly they did. I was charged for the pepperoni slices anyway. The guy gets out a box and asks if we want drinks I ordered a drink and said we were going to eat there. He said that they were closed. I said it is 9:30 and there website said Saturday closes at 10:00. They said they cleaned up already. After paying over $21.00 for four slices that were dry and lacking flavor, my kids couldn’t even sit down and eat. When I asked again they said we close at 10:00 so we will be cleaning and moping and you don’t want to smell that right? For the record my kids are under 8. The employees were just rushing to get my money and run out. I wish we had gone to Mama Theresa’s Pizzaria! At least there the food is great, the service is even better and when it is that close to closing they offer you what they have at a discount or throw in a slice for free. But this place was rude, expensive, food was blah and their service was terrible. I will NEVER EVER give this place any business! If I could give them no stars I would! Shame on you!

Buyer beware - Extra Charges when you use your Debit or Credit Card. I ordered 2 Pies one plain and one half Pepperoni and two Pepperoni Rolls. I was given a price of $65.72 then when I got the receipt I was charged $68.72. When I questioned the employee, he claimed it's the bank charging these fees. Be very mindful of the extra hidden charges. Turns out the Pizza wasn't worth the price. They will never see me in there EVER again.

My friend and I had an exceptional evening at Cafe Gino's in Westbury. The cozy atmosphere and friendly ambiance immediately put us at ease. Despite it being a Thursday night, the place was surprisingly quiet, providing us with a peaceful dining experience. The cleanliness and beautiful decor of the restaurant set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful meal. We started with the stuffed mushrooms, a flavorful appetizer that left us eager for more. For the main course, we opted for the penne alla vodka, a traditional homemade delight. We customized our order, requesting half with basil and half with shrimp, and it was large enough for us to share. The combination of flavors was simply exquisite.Despite a slightly longer wait than expected, our patient anticipation was rewarded with attentive service from a courteous waiter. We complemented our meal with a glass of Merlot and a glass of red Zinfandel, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. In addition to the fantastic food, what stood out was the warm hospitality and genuine care shown by the staff. Their dedication to ensuring our needs were met enhanced our dining experience.Cafe Gino's in Westbury left us thoroughly impressed, earning a well-deserved five out of five rating. If you're seeking a delightful dining experience with excellent food and welcoming service, Cafe Gino's is the place to be. We left with satisfied taste buds and happy hearts, looking forward to our next visit.Parking: There is parking at the back of the building and more marking spots across the road near the bank.

Visited Gino’s a couple of times. Each time the food has been consistently good, tastes fresh! We’ve yet to try the pizza, but I recommend the bolognese and Chicken Parmesan entrees. They’re both excellent. Maybe next time we’ll try a couple of slices!

I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni cost $28 and change. The pizza was horrible, the crust was tough, barely no pizza sauce so dry, and the cheese was so salty. My sick mom couldn't eat it, I through it in the garbage. Called Cafe Gino's to let them know. They were willing to give a $10 credit. Which I didn't except! They just need to do better....Chef Ramona

Today, I had the worst lasagna. I asked for lasagna with meat sauce, a $4 up charge, that was fine, but they did not add meat SAUSE, they only added meat. In the middle of my lasagna was a grey layer of chopped meat. I brought it to the manager's attention, but he told me that lasagna is made differently everywhere. In my experience, not that different. Some are made better than others, some have ricotta, some do not; but it was terrible. The salad was fine, nice and fresh, but I wouldn't order anything other than pizza from here, or ensure that the dish is popular.
