Terrible service and I was overcharged for my sandwich! Seems to be a common occurrence here!

Mostly go here for the convenience - obviously they have some serious competition being a deli on Long Island. They are hit or miss as about half the time I call, they tell me they have a 45 min wait for pick up (for a turkey club? Why?)

Not necessarily my go to spot for a BEC, but their BECs will get the job done if that’s what you’re craving and nearby.

What I think they do best? Turkey club on a hero. My all time fav that never disappoints. Chefs kiss.

Best deli around! We get our cold cuts here and cater sandwiches. Everything is so tasty and reasonably priced. They also have great desserts. They carry alfajores! Definitely recommend.

Today I went to pick up food, and when I paid, the cashier didn't even want to greet me or be friendly. What bothered me a little was that someone came up behind me and quickly served people, greeting them politely, while she ignored me and just angrily charged me. Bad service.

Just used Capers Catering & Delicatessen for Christmas event . The food was phenomenal, a must try. Portions were generous and everything was fresh!!! Thank you Capers!

I've been going to Capers for years and I have also used them for catering . They always have a good selection of fresh hot and cold food. Their sandwiches are great and the portions are generous and affordable. The staff are amazing and friendly and I will always recommend Capers for all of your deli and catering needs.

Get my egg sandwiches here every single weekend. Best around. Sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel! The best!

I really like this deli and go here all the time but when you get annoyed with me for trying to place an order over the phone that’s when you only deserve two stars. When I went to the deli to place the order instead (since no one would pick up after putting me on hold for over 20 minutes) you clearly weren’t busy since no one else was in the store.

I came in to pick up an order for uber eats and the guy behind the counter said "f'n mask." I wear a mask because I have a health condition, and honestly don't really care what anyone thinks, I know most people don't, but that kind of comment from an employee is completely unnecessary. I mentioned it to the woman who handed me the order and she wouldn't apologize or address it. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Stopped in for “soft” scrambled eggs on a roll and a cup of coffee around 8:30am. The workers there seemed distant and unwelcoming. There were maybe 2 customers besides myself. The coffee was weak, for my standards, and the eggs were well done in anyone’s eyes. See pic. I paid $7 and some change.
