Everything is so good. I have Greek salad on a pita. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and the dressing is delicious. I definitely recommend CAVA and hope one opens close to where I live.

Picked up Cava for my Fiancée and myself and found a rubber band in her food. Understandable, but more ironic and disgusting, especially because while at the store to pick this order up, I watched a patron in front of me totally breach the hygiene of the store by leaning over the glass, pointing at what he wants at each station and really speaking into the food sitting out which employees are scooping other people's meals out of. Can't blame the customer, the employees should be blamed for either no training or incompetency at their job (there was roughly 10-15 people working at one time, and only myself and this other guy in the store, no one did anything about it). I actually felt compelled to say something to the server, and he agreed he shouldn't be doing it, meanwhile he didn't stop him from continuing to do this....Very disappointing as we previously loved the Cava's in Manhattan but this is a germ-pool ran by children and you run the risk of actually swallowing something harmful by eating at this location specifically because employees do not care about the standard operating procedures that exist.
