I had a great experience at Cava today. Food was amazing as always and the workers were helpful. This is not the first time I’ve been to this location but every time I see Lauren at cashier I know I’m going to experience 10/10 customer service! She’s so nice and always greets me with a smile and willing attitude. Definitely keeps me coming back to CAVA!

The Personnel working at 6:57 p.m. on Wednesday evening were outstanding. They had great personalities and energy. And the young lady on the register was so congenial and professional.

This was my first time going to Cava and I placed an order online during my work break and when I arrived, I noticed there wasn't a designated spot for picking up food reservations. I stood in line behind everyone who was waiting to build their meal but I didn't want to cut in front of anyone to ask where I go to pickup my food, since it was so busy. I also ordered balsamic dressing for my salad, which they ran out of?? The salad was still good but disappointed they...
