Sunday, december 28 2025 , i went with my brother to get some food at checkers westbury and he found a hairs in his food. It was disgusting and unsanitary.

I went to grab something to eat after a long day at work and was already exhausted. The employee messed up my order, and when I politely asked her to fix it, she refused and became rude. She cursed at me and provided extremely unprofessional service.
She did not want to refund my money, and I was left waiting outside for about 15–20 minutes. There was another car also waiting for food, so I wasn’t the only one affected. She showed no concern or urgency and did not communicate at all. I eventually received my refund, but only after a long and frustrating wait.
Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place if this employee is working.

The frozen fries taste better after I air fry them because when I went to the location to order some I could taste the old oil in them. Not all locations has bad tasting fries but for this location it’s time to change the oil

i bought the $4 meal and it was amazing! the burger had thick patty and the fries were seasoned well. my favorite, though, was the apple pie. it had a cinnamon flavor and apple slices inside was well. however the employee who greeted me at the window was in a very bad mood- i think? when she opened the window she groaned oh my god loudly in an annoyed voice. other than this the meal was great.
I love checkers it right down the block for me, their burgers taste like a real burger off the grill unlike some other fast food chain places, and their service is always pleasant and fast! The food is always hot as well. It’s a great place to go when you need a quick bite to eat.😀

Who eats here? I have never been to a checkers so I bought a Philly burger, fries, chicken wings and fingers and mozzarella sticks. The ONLY item edibital was the mozzarella sticks. The burger was so so disgusting, fingers were dry and nasty, and the fries, how the heck can you screw up fries, and the chicken wings were just gross. Holy crappy. Well first and an everlasting last time. Wasted 30bucks and does NOT look like any menu picture.

Drive throw was pretty good 👍🏻 👌 hamburger 🍔 and French fries 🍟 good deal 2 for $5 . Extra make it a meal
