Have ordered from there 3 times and three times items were missing.then owner or manger calls and said are you sure you opened all the boxes are you kidding me I’m going to waste my time to call about missing fries WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN YOU LOST A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS APPROXIMATELY 50.00 FOR 5.00 WORTH OF FRIES!!!!!!!

Ladies & Gentleman the original owners are gone! The chicken was good but the service very unprofessional. The woman's boyfriend was with her and they had a dog inside barking at me. The biscuits horrible & average sides dishes. Go to the chinese place across the street. This place is just not the same as it was.

I called twice was told to hold got hung up on both times then the 3rd time was told to hold in the middle of taking my order then when they came back they asked me to repeat my entire order again. Over the years they have become very unprofessional ive ordered from them for over 25 years and can officially say never again this instance is not the first time either.

I love coming to this restaurant !!! The chicken taste great, the breading is always on point, crispy and tender. Always coming to this restaurant when I come to NY.

The chicken smelled like burnt oil, it was dry and old like it was recooked in burnt oil. DISGUSTING!!!! The owner has a nasty attitude. Never again!!!!!!!! For good chicken go to Crown chicken in Hicksville . I remember when this was the place to go NOT ANYMORE!!!I wish I could give negative 5 stars

These people are thieves and the food is unacceptable and old. Ever since they have changed from the original owners since in last 20 years the food has changed, its not good. Given people old food to eat especially chicken at that. Then when asked for a refund they say no. Never eat or dine here again. At one point the food used to always be good and especially the chicken but never again not no more. I don't know how they've gain 4 stars as recognition. People are so programmed that today they will say any food is good to them. They need to be shut down. Even the French fries were still. Who.messes up French fries too cookSMH. If i could give this capital zero negative zero stars i would. This get A NEGATIVE zero below no stars. I agree w everyone else on here who gave these people a negative rating. It's ridiculous. I waited a long time also.
