Every single time I come to this establishment on old country road there's a worker there named Dylan he’s brown skin, about 5'9, skinny, and wears glasses, he gives the worst portions, barely any rice, chicken, guac and is always disrespectful to customers. He needs to be taught better customer service and manners.

I would like to rate 0 but since there is no zero. 1 star status is my rating. So there was only 2 of us and the server showed no interest in serving us. She walked away. When she returned she helped the person behind us paid for their food before we were served by someone else. From the moment we walked in we seemed to be invisible. There was no attempt to acknowledge our presence. Very bad customer service. We will not be eating at that Westbury location anymore.

The Chipotle Westbury location is very biased. If you appear to be Hispanic the amount of food you get, especially meat, is nearly double what you get otherwise. It is so frustrating I have disuaded every one l know from going to that location.

The food is good, buy these guys vary wildly in portions depending on who serves you. Iv seen them actually take food back out of the bowl and return it to the stock cause they thought I got too much.

My first at a Chipotle. Ordered steak burrito, steak was chewy and grizzly. Ordered kid tacos, which was a build your own taco box, with no plasticware to scoop up the items, kids had to use their hands. Thought the Guac was supposed to be special, its not. Orderd Quesadilla was good, but again had to use hands to scoop the sides. The chips were good. Expected better.
