I recently went to the membership counter at Costco in Westbury and dealt with a gentleman named Fitzroy. He was the most amazing person to deal with not only was he friendly and accommodating, but very knowledgeable and handled my problems without any hesitation. If you get to go to Costco and you need help on your Membership he is the gentleman to say. You will not be sorry. He was absolutely amazing and if I could give him a raise myself, I would he was the best!

I've been to several Costcos in my life. Like most Costcos, most products are sold in bulk (aside from clothes) and truly meant for a family of 4+. I've been to a few in the city, but when we checked out this spot, I noticed it had more variety and was well-stocked. This was on a Monday morning though. We stopped by for a specific product and found it here. Costco is located in a popular shopping center with multiple other stores sharing the same parking lot. It was still appealing because Costco was huge with its own liquor store, tire store, and food court. They also have a can recycling area, which is typical of most Costcos, but this location seemed like many came here to do that. The employees seem to do most jobs pretty quickly and the wait is not long. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Tire service is unbeatable. Dante and Gean helped mount and balance the tires with care and speed. Costco offers tire warranty and free installation with purchase. If you pair that with the seasonal promotions your basically getting the tires at a discounted price with free installation. Tpms installation is extra but it sure beats the cost of mounting elsewhere nowadays. Thanks Dante and Gean.

This Costco AT&T counter is incredibly so disappointing. Their staff are not professional and definitely need more training before they serve customers. I stayed there one and a half hour and didn't get anything done! This experience is just so bad, and i will never go there again or choose Costco's cellphone counter. They told me there is promotion for AT&T New Customers in July. Since my current H20 is under AT&T already, I can not be counted as new customers to get the promotion. So they suggested that I switch to "Visible" to use their free trial, then switch to AT&T.All tedious long forms were filled, he helped me apply Visible free trial and contact H2o to cancel all my current service, which is already time consuming, then he just found out that Visible free trial can't port in my current cell phone number after he chatted to Visible's customer service. SO, I lost my number and had to only use the NEW VISIBLE CELL NUMBER. Are you just kidding me? We stated we want to keep our number in the beginning, if you are not sure that we can keep the old number, why not explain in the beginning? So much time was just wasted in vain. He just acted like he could handle it without any problem. Then another person came and tried to be more professional, but he didn't' really help. He talked to another staff for something else while letting me play around with H2o and Visible Apps on my phone. He just asked useless information when I was calling H2o in that noisy and crowding surrounding at Costco.SO, I had to call H2o to restore my number and old service. Then call VIsible to cancel the trial and return to where I was like nothing happened. It caused me so much trouble and wasted me so much time.I didn't complain at the site, because I can't stay there any more. I can't bear keeping standing there after one and half hour for this worst experience and I had to go to my car to hear clearly what H20 customer service said.If there is somewhere else for me to leave bad comments specifically for AT&& counter at costco, let me know, and I will go there. Also for this Coscto, besides the above negative comments, I don't like the environment either, too crowded both inside and Parking, without the AT&T experience, I would give 2 stars.

Review of Costco in general: 5/5 stars for amazing products and amazing deals. They are truly the place to go for bulk items. Their Kirkland brand is also too tier. You can find anything from food, stationary, cleaning, clothes, etc. you name it, Costco has it. You can even get plants here!! I have a household of 3 adults, and still consistently shop here Review of THIS Cotsco location in Westbury: 1-2/5. Truly an exhausting and daunting experience. From the second this store open, likely until it closes, it's packed. There is rarely parking in the area and I've seen the poor cart gathering employees travel far and wide to retrieve the carts. Also the etiquete of the clientele is often horrendous- people blocking aisles, putting things back in the wrong spot, stopping short, etc. We make the trip here as infrequently as possible. If the Melville Location is close-ish to you, or really any other location, I would 110% recommend making that detour

They've got everything you would hope to find at a Costco, but GOOD LUCK. Good luck finding parking, good luck navigating through the crowd in the store, good luck fighting your way through the checkout line, and good luck holding on to your sanity.

The worst 1st experience! I ordered 5 pizza pies 3 days before I needed them for my baby girl's 3rd birthday at her daycare. The pandemic stole 2 years from us so this was to be apart of an amazing event. Fast forward to the day of, after I paid for the pies days ahead, and I call 30min before my pick up time to tell them I'm coming and they have NO record of my order. Truth is I broke down in that food court and cried. I will say they halled a$$ to get you my order and the manager was called and ge refunded my entire order... thanks you. Sad to sat the pizza was too doughy and the toddlers hardly ate a slice each...thank God I got them for free!

This Costco is a complete zoo... when I tell you that dozens upon dozens of people are hurdling in every minute and bumping into you , not taking the fact that I have a toddle in the carriage into consideration. I was so overwhelmed not by the store or products but by the trash people in this location. I literally had a woman behind me tell me to move because she couldn't bother to go around me like everyone else in a crowded store does . I wanted to get milk and eggs but the entrance to that section was so busy and packed I couldn't even squeeze by . No matter what section of the store we went to it was so crazy busy that we couldn't purchase half of what we wanted only because we couldn't get to it , I watched a grown woman sneeze directly on the vegetables not covering her mouth it made me sick . The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because check out was actually the fastest part but the lady kept my Costco card which in turn I had to go to a different Costco the next day and get a replacement card . Your better off going to the new Rochelle location in westchester or the smith town location .

Walked in this afternoon to Westbury Costco to help out a friend who needed assistance with his membership (he has a slight hearing problem). His wife passed and he needed to make a few changes in their account. Ramon in customer service showed empathy in handling the situation and was patient and prompt in resolving the issue.

Went here with a friend and I was not sure if I should sign up. After seeing it first hand and how well it was set up, including the layout, I had to sign up. Glad I did. It has great products and great service.

DO NOT BUY THEIR SUSHI!!! My mom and I became violently ill after eating their supposedly just prepared sushi. That's what we get from trying to save some $$$ in this economy...I was happy to see more sushi for the $$ compared to the excellent sushi place by me, in Queens. NEVER AGAIN! I also drive out to this location as the Rego Park one is super congested and tiny paid parking. It is disappointing that most often they keep relocating their products, and when you ask a store clerk for help they are usually clueless, on their phones, or annoyed that you interrupt their chats with each other. So unprofessional!
