Dave & Buster's Westbury

visited tuesday 05/20 at around 2pm. very very disappointed. all of the front machines were down because of “ethernet” issues and there was NO STAFF to be found for help. looked for someone for more than half an hour plus stood waiting at the front desk for 25min until i decided to leave. they recently replaced machines for newer ones which was very pleasing but then again many of the others were down, or were lagging and brought much disappointment. my personal favorite of the stacking tower was taken down and now with this situation i don’t think i’ll come back.

This is a nice arcade in westbury but needs to be improved you should add a pump it up cabinet which is also a dancing rhythm game but with five panels as well upgrade the Dance dance revolution white cabinet to the new version from dance dance revolution A20 plus to Dance dance revolution world which is the newest version of dance dance revolution as well put a LX pump it up cabinet right by the showroom/party room I would love that! please reply if you have any comment about that! From Jane Salanga! Or add a Stepmaniax cabinet to the Showroom/party room!

It was full and I barely played. The food wasn’t the best either.

No long waits for food or games very clean compared to other establishments of the same. Adult drinks amazing.

Service lacks, you practically have to stay on top of staff & check yourself out at the end. They played the tvs extremely loud where we couldn't even hear eachother. They have plenty of games though, kids will have a good time.

We were here for a radio station event, and the experience was exceptional. Not only was the staff friendly, the general manager, Heath, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure patrons were having a good time.
D&B Westbury is great because there's a little something for everyone to enjoy - people of all ages.
Afterward, my coworker and I enjoyed a meal and drinks and again were met with incredible service. Thanks DD & Juju for the warm welcome.

Customer service is great! When on Holidays,please be aware there undisciplined children who learn from their parents when it comes to boundaries and personal space. The parents were more ridiculous asking me to let their child play as soon it was my turn to play. The SAME WAY I WAITED FOR MY TURN, THE PARENTS NEED TO LEARN TO WAIT TOO. SET AN EXAMPLE FOR YOUR CHILD AND STOP FEELING PRIVELAGED AND ARROGANT! I couldn't enjoy my 28th birthday today because of some people who has no respect. Sadly, the children learn disrespect from their parents because my anger was boiling. Even nice and kind people have their limits too!

And don't respond asking me if I have children or say they are just kids. There is a thing called courtesy and respect for everyone!
