Dave & Buster's Westbury

I booked a reservation for 9 people on November 14th for my family and I to eat at Dave & Buster's in Westbury on November 22nd at 7pm. I added one more person to my reservation on November 21st to 10 people. I was instructed to wait in the line behind the bar to check in with a hostess. I checked in at 7pm promptly and was told to wait a few minutes. Then he came back to tell me sorry we didn't know we would be this busy so it's going to be an hour or more wait. This is poor customer service and we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.

The computers were down so they were accepting cash only. We had to scramble to find an ATM in the area so we could pull out some cash. How insane to hear that one of the biggest businesses in LI has a crash and is not able to accept credit especially on a Saturday when it's the busiest tome.

this place is amazing if you want a few hours of fun! there’s so many arcade games that vary in style and there’s endless ways to play! it’s great for kids, and all ages really! i love the photo booth they have and me and my boyfriend always make sure we get one each time we go. the sports bar is nice too, sometimes a little hard to get a waiter’s attention in my opinion, but the food is really good in the end! i love the chicken wings, and there’s so many options to choose from with decent prices. they also offer bowling which is always a good time!

The food was very good but the service was very bad and when they served me the food they didn't even give me utensils I had to go get them and they gave them to me in a bad way I have always liked to visit this place but today I had a very bad experience.

Came in while restaurant bar area was empty with a good size group. Took forever to get drinks. Simple stuff, shots and beers. Refills slow too.
