The bagel was burnt and there was paper stuck to the bottom of it , not edible , the donuts were placed in bag without anything so the donut frosting got stuck to the bag , the loaded hash brown tasted off

I ordered a Boston cream donut, and a regular chocolate donut, along with a Carmel iced cappuccino..... what do I get??? I get an iced plain cappuccino, no caramel, nothing, and then, where's the Boston cream? no where to be found?

This location needs to have decaf options more available. Whenever I come and ask for a decaf iced coffee or a decaf iced latte, they always say they are out or they don’t have it. Not good business. Not everyone can have caffeine.

I left a bad review here once but they improved the service so much since then that I take it all back and deleted the review. Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. The store and bathroom are very clean!

They need more workers. Slow service and I got the wrong donut. Not a great dunkin experience. Parking is a pain. Will not be going back there again

Never in my life have I been to a Dunkin that takes 30 mins for my sandwich. Employees no sense of urgency. Never seen anyone slower…. This is the fall of America!!!!
