Young man who served us was very nice listened to our orders and served us with great conversation and our order was delicious in every way. He took his time and sent us off with smiles and conversation about him. Remember this was a Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins franchise. The ice cream was excellently served.

What a shame. They have bunch of kids who have no idea how to make a coffee. The manager needs to work on her customer service. Employees which are kids they don’t charge some people and get good TIP AND GIVE SO MUCH FREE FOOD even the manager don’t care because everything is happening in front of manager. The main thing there was a hair in my food. I don’t recommend anyone going in this dunkin and I don’t think i will ever go there again!!! I wish I could give them a ZERO star.

I went in the afternoon and the munchkins were a bit stale. Also, I didn’t get the right number of them.
Tables are a mess. Worker cleans mine after I asked her to. Afterwards, walks by the dirty ones. They purposely have dead outlets so you can't charge your phone nor laptop work.
Went to the Dunkin’ Donuts at 840 carman ave in Westbury first thing is they are super unprofessional and very poor management kids are talking and using phones like there is no tomorrow and most employees don’t understand English even the manager hardly speak English and it’s really hard to explain her anything the staff is horrible were arguing about who was going to make our sandwiches and the main thing the manager is having her kids as employee’s and they are always with there phones sorry but not going there anymore!!!

Never have donuts! If you visit this Dunkin after 12 pm, you will not find all the donut flavors. Don't bother going after 3 pm. They are the closest to my home, and every time my kids want donuts after school, I end up having to go further because they never have any donuts!

The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Sandwich was good ? Got the croissant with maple bacon. Was very fresh and served hot ? Got a hot pumpkin spice latte of course! Thanks DD on Carman Ave. in Westbury!
Should keep ketchup packets by the napkins/sugar. It's a waste of customer's and employees' time when it has to be asked for.
Great selections of donuts, coffee, bagels, breakfast meals, etc.
Parking: Depending on location ample but sometimes little
Pretty standard Dunkin' donuts Fair it's nice that they also have ice cream but with two other ice cream joints three if you count milkshakes at Burger King it's a little much . Overall it's a really nice place to get the orders right and pleasant atmosphere that you can expect from a pretty standard Dunkin' donuts nothing special but definitely not the worst one in town
