Though the food was excellent, it did not come out of the kitchen in a timely fashion. Also, the coffee and one person's side dish came out room temperature/cold
I hosted my baby shower at this venue and the service was incredible. I worked with Tim Kasminoff and he was so accommodating and professional. We hosted in one of the rooms, with about 50 guests. It’s a beautiful and modern venue. Tim was super accommodating in giving us more time to decorate. He was also very accommodating on customizing the menu - we got chicken and waffles for one of the entrees and it was amazing. The food quantity was way more than I expected and all the guests were so content. The burrata and bread as well as the Cobb salad was my absolute favorite. The guests raved about the steak and potatoes. And the panacotta dessert was delicious! I loved the warm lighting of the venue. It created a very warm and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend working with Tim for your future events at the Juniper.

Juniper has always been a great experience BUT yesterday was extremely disappointing. The food was mediocre at best and dispute there being only a couple of tables seated, the chef could not be bothered with our request to slice a steak that we were sharing.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The manager was very rude and made inappropriate comments to guests of a table of 9, ruined my father’s birthday dinner. He was unprofessional and ruined what could have been a great family night out. I will not come back here as a result of the manager. Our food was also cold and it took almost an hour for a server to take our food order. The pre-fix menu is a great deal, but not when it comes with bad customer service.

True Long Island hidden gem! Chic and trendy, NYC vibe. Unique cocktails, great atmosphere, delicious food with well thought out dishes.

Looked so cute on OpenTable... but don't let that fool you!!! Got here at 6:20 and didn't see an appetizer until 7:20. An entire hour for food that was nothing special and the smallest portions I've ever seen. The staff was nice but seemed unprepared and unsure and no one knew the specials, no one could answer a single question, and everything moved at the speed of a snail!!! on!!! sedatives!!! And honestly, the food is just not good. Nothing stood out, nothing worth waiting an hour for, and definitely not worth the price. And the thing is... if they were busy, I'd honestly be like “okay, fine, it happens.” But I was literally 1/3 tables in the whole place. Hard to give any grace when it's that empty and still this bad!!! When it's finally Friday and you're excited for dinner out... this ain't it!!! No wonder OpenTable offered me 1000 points to come here lol. Update: We were so over it that we asked for the dessert (included with the prix fixe) to go. Ended up eating it at home in sweats and that was actually the best part of the whole night. The s'mores cookie skillet wasn't bad. So yeah... 2 stars instead of 1 and both of those stars belong to the cookie!!!
We were there for brunch, we had multiple people came to take our order, starting with the waitress and then host. 20 mins to get coffee and the service staff was not polite. It was as if they didn't wanted us there.

Service is horrible. We sat and waited 20 min for coffee and still had to repeat. And each time we asked for extra plates, sauce water more coffee and it would take forever. Each person working there seem like they didn’t want to be there and would not have a smile on face. The host on sep 14th Sunday was acting server as well and didn’t have politeness at all.

Juniper was a stunning location for an intimate get together with friends! It was a hidden gem on Long Island that I would highly recommend to anybody that wants a date night dinner with friends or small party! I had a party of eight go there for dinner last night and we raved about it all night and still today! Highly recommend♥️
First time since new management Brunch was fantastic We loved the old team but this change is going to be home run. 2Spring of oyster bay people are in charge. They are fantastic restauranteurs.
Unfortunately, this experience felt like a restaurant that just stopped trying. The food was mediocre at best and combined with the price, it is definitely not worth it. Definitely better value and food elsewhere.
Professional rewrite:
I was interested in having brunch with my husband at this restaurant on a Sunday. Upon arrival, we found the restaurant to be less than half full, with a private party taking place in the private dining area. We approached the unattended hostess stand, reviewed the menus while standing there for a brief period, and were passed by three staff members who acknowledged us with 'someone will be with you in a moment.' Meanwhile, a young lady entered behind us, was asked if she was meeting someone, confirmed, and was promptly seated. We continued to wait but were not attended to by a hostess. We ultimately chose to leave. The restaurant's customer service was lacking and unwelcoming.
