I love Just Salad but this location is the absolute worst! Whenever I do a pick up order, it is never ready and they only start it after I ask for the order. I’m doing a pick up order because I’m in a rush to work otherwise I would just stand in line like everyone else.

Just Salad please do better by your employees. They are clearly overworked and stretched thin, with only two people running the counter and doing the absolute most. I genuinely love this place, but the service has become painfully slow. To be clear, I do not blame the staff at all. This falls on ownership and management.

On top of that, the portion sizes have noticeably declined. I ordered the fried chicken and was given what looked like two tiny nuggets. It was honestly laughable compared to how it used to be when you first opened. Whether this is a cost cutting directive or inconsistent portioning, it is unacceptable.

If you staffed properly and served reasonable portions, customers would not be waiting 30 minutes for an order. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business to Cava next door until things improve.

Do better, Just Salad.

I ordered an online order. It took over an hour for one salad. They only had two workers and they were beyond rude. They lied to guest relations saying the order was ready when it was not. Will NEVER be coming back. They were rude to me and the uber and DoorDash. Completely unacceptable no matter how short staffed you are. As a restaurant owner, my business would never be run like this.

The manager or owner of this place must be a wonderful person. When I mistakenly went into the wrong place, confusing it with the shop next door, they kindly guided me. I deeply appreciate their excellent manners and consideration, and I will definitely become a regular customer. Of course, the salad tasted great, but there was a Cava sign next to it, so I, being a fool, mistakenly ordered through the Cava app.

NYC Rocks

This place is always one of my go-to's for a good meal. My visit today was super satisfying. The salad was delicious, with big portions and made fresh when I ordered. The service was awesome and really nice. The vibe was so chill, perfect for a relaxed meal. I totally recommend it.

Westbury NY location specifically. Walked in to pick up an online order. Asked the guy behind the cash register, Zach, if my order was received. I didn’t care that it wasn’t ready yet. Zach went to look at online orders, looked at the receipts and then helped another gentleman picking up food. I asked him again and he told me to wait despite not doing anything. I confront him at this point and he tells me they are making it. That’s all he had to say. I didn’t care that it was out on time, which it wasn’t. I just wanted to make sure my online order actually went through or if I was waiting for nothing. He proceeded to be nasty, smirking at me to other customers and throwing a tantrum blasting music from the kitchen. Not a good look... And he behaved that way in front of his manager and one other customer which makes me question her leadership abilities. Whether it was my last name or the color of my skin, I will never know. I do know I will never go back to this location and question returning to any location. Horrible.

Let me just say, the food is great, pricing is great, atmosphere is great…but what makes this location EXCELLENT is the customer service. I visited just yesterday, 10/10. After a long day at work, and a longer commute home, I arrived at Just Salad a little earlier than my online order indicated (be there @ 8:52pm but I arrived around 8:40pm). Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by one of the workers (short girl, glasses). She immediately told me my salads were being prepared still. In the interim, I needed to use the restroom. As I was coming back to the front counter, the same worker who greeted me was on her way to [I assumed] the restroom. When she saw me, she acknowledged me and stopped, turned around and went back to the counter to grab my order. Additionally, because I never dry my hands after washing them, the worker noticed this and without hesitation grabbed me paper towels to dry them. She sat my order down gently as I dried my hands and asked me with care if I needed anything else before returning to what she was we doing.

It’s people like this that make me give out 5 stars (and if I could, an infinite amount of stars) because of the humanity shown to me. I will forever recommend Just Salad and am incredibly impressed by this worker’s inspiring attitude.

Love their bowls and I wanted to give a shout out to this sweet young lady who did my order. I did not get her name but she is thin and light skin. Never leave reviews but wanted to because every time I go the manager(a lady with glasses) is always questioning her or other staff. The manager doesn’t even smile at her customers while this sweet young lady provides impeccable service. Keep being yourself girl !

i LOVE this place and the food is amazing. i came on a saturday and waited in line for over 20 minutes while the 2 workers were drowning in mobile orders as well. the store needs to be better staffed! they didn’t do anything wrong but definitely need more staffing it was extremely frustrating waiting and i felt bad for them.

Never order delivery from here if you want your food in under an hour. They simply don't care about online orders and will push them back for every new in store customer that walks in
