Love their bowls and I wanted to give a shout out to this sweet young lady who did my order. I did not get her name but she is thin and light skin. Never leave reviews but wanted to because every time I go the manager(a lady with glasses) is always questioning her or other staff. The manager doesn’t even smile at her customers while this sweet young lady provides impeccable service. Keep being yourself girl !

i LOVE this place and the food is amazing. i came on a saturday and waited in line for over 20 minutes while the 2 workers were drowning in mobile orders as well. the store needs to be better staffed! they didn’t do anything wrong but definitely need more staffing it was extremely frustrating waiting and i felt bad for them.

Abysmal service, particularly for mobile order pickups. The whole point of placing a mobile order is for the order to be ready by the estimated pick up time. EVERY time I walk into this place to pick up, the pick up shelf is empty and I always see at least one employee doing nothing instead of preparing the dozens of mobile orders that should be getting prepared. Once I arrive and check in with one of them, that employee then goes over to the pile of receipts of mobile orders that also should’ve been getting prepared, and then sluggishly begins to prepare the order. This happens 10/10 times at this place, even when they’re not busy whatsoever. This place is in desperate need of a new manager who understands the concept of mobile orders.

2 bawls of Salad first time we bought to try it out on Friday . 30-40 minutes later horrible food poisoning , fever and everything that followed . Diagnosed by food poisoning we were very disappointed

Tasty salads with speedy service. I had the honey chicken salad which was pretty good and my wife had the cilantro chicken salad which was also solid. No complaints. I'd visit again.

Food always good and the staff is working very hard. Management or corporate needs to add more staff to help them out! Ordering ahead and then arriving and waiting 30 mins might as well order when you get into the store. Store has the demand need enough workers to get the supply to meet up to standards. Hire more people.

First time customer. Greeted upon entry and the guy was very helpful with my questions. The salad was very good and so was the cookie however I wish the cookie was a bit bigger. That’s literally my only complaint…I will be back!
