میرا ذاتی تجربہ – لیئرز (Layers) کے ساتھ
میں نے آج تقریباً 9:22 بجے رات لیئرز سے ایک کیک آرڈر کیا۔
ویب سائٹ پر آرڈر کنفرم شو ہو گیا مگر مجھے کوئی کنفرمیشن میسج یا ای میل موصول نہیں ہوئی۔
اس کے بعد میں نے ان کی ہیلپ لائن پر کال کی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ:
“آپ کا آرڈر کنفرم ہے، ہم اویلیبلٹی چیک کر لیتے ہیں”
کچھ دیر بعد بتایا گیا کہ:
“آئٹم اویلیبل ہے اور آرڈر پلیس کر دیا گیا ہے، 40–45 منٹ میں ڈیلیوری ہو جائے گی”
میں نے تقریباً 1 گھنٹہ 10–15 منٹ انتظار کیا، جب آرڈر نہیں آیا تو دوبارہ کال کی۔
اس بار جواب یہ ملا کہ:
“ہم آپ کو کال کرنے ہی والے تھے کہ آئٹم آؤٹ آف اسٹاک ہو گیا ہے، اس لیے آرڈر کینسل کر دیا گیا ہے”
میں نے سوال کیا کہ:
• جب آرڈر پلیس ہو چکا تھا
• اویلیبلٹی چیک ہو گئی تھی
• اور ڈیلیوری کا وقت بھی دیا جا چکا تھا
تو آؤٹ آف اسٹاک کیسے ہو گیا؟
جواب ملا:
“رائڈر آیا تو اس وقت آئٹم آؤٹ آف اسٹاک تھا”
حیرت کی بات یہ ہے کہ:
• مجھے کوئی کینسلیشن میسج نہیں آیا
• کوئی ای میل نہیں ملی
• اور یہ صورتحال 2–3 بار پہلے بھی میرے ساتھ ہو چکی ہے
میں نے اب لیئرز سے آرڈر نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے،
لیکن جاتے جاتے یہ تجربہ دوسرے کسٹمرز سے شیئر کرنا ضروری سمجھا تاکہ وہ وقت اور ذہنی کوفت سے بچ سکیں۔
امید ہے لیئرز اپنی سروس، کمیونیکیشن اور آرڈر مینجمنٹ بہتر کرے گا۔

I’m writing this review because this is the third time this incident has occurred. I’ve walked into Layers and there’s no one at the counter, you can hear the employees in the back talking while listening to music. I said “excuse me” 3 times and no acknowledgment. It’s unprofessional that i have to call for someone for almost minutes and no one comes and I have to drive to a different location. I had a much better experience at the Roslyn Heights location.

I had the Rocher cake and Dubai chocolate brownie and this is hands down the best cake and brownie I’ve ever had
Went Thanksgiving Day and got a dozen cupcakes. My brother and his family LOVE ❤️ their cupcakes and so does my daughter. The cupcakes are fresh and sweet but not overly sweet just perfect. Fully recommend.

Rafaello cake looks and taste nothing like they advertised.. didn’t even have a single rafaello chocolate on it or any design, was quite ugly and tasted like regular vanilla.

Requested a custom cake and it was exactly what we wanted! Visually it was perfect and tasted amazing !
I bought a cake called "All Chocolate" from Layers D12. It is sour and has a bad taste. Not recommended at all.
